We had some problems with electricity in our appartment, and it took some time for the staff to respond. However, all was fixed in the end and we ended up receiving good customer service.

We absolutely loved the pools, and the appartments were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great.

The apartment smelled very bad and I informed the staff. The bathroom was very bad, old, smelled bad with leak in sink. The kettle does not work.

All coral in the hotel is destroyed, so you need to search for it outside the hotel fence. You cannot go left to look for it as it is a military zone. On the right, in around 500 m, there is a beautiful japanese garden coral on public beach with almost no people. Unfortunately half of this coral is dead as nobody protects it. But when we were changing suits after swimming (being 100 m away from anybody and covered with towels), immediately a young guard came. He stood 3 m from us and stared at my wife trying to change (not paying attention to me). Anywhere in the world, such behavior would be considered offensive towards a woman, and the guy would be punched in the face. But here, a woman was considered an offender...

Staff is very polite, and breakfast was surprisingly large and diverse. Market with all you need incl. alco is at the hotel complex (only fresh meat was missing). We liked the hotel.

unfortunately, the apartments weren’t that clean which made our stay slightly less comfortable but other than that, all was well.

The 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious. There were 2 bathrooms as well. There was also a kitchen, living room, balcony and even a small hidden room with a twin bed. Easy access to the beach, no trouble with parking, free wifi.

Breakfast was quite basic, but place is rated 5* which isn't matching. Breakfast is quite similar to 2* hotel. :-( Shop within the resort had 3x or more higher priced products which isn't helpful as no shops around. Shop indeed could have been fair priced. For petrol station stc. had to go back to Aqaba.

Good restaurants within location and nice walks. Kids love the place. Great place to view sunset over Egypt. Beach was so clean and very pleasant. One of the best stays we had in the Jordan trip.

over priced for the time of year, garden furniture was ripped and weathered- couldn’t have used safely. would have preferred to stay within the hokey in the rooms closer to the pools and beach club - these were not advertised on booking.com jntijally no kettle in the kitchen and the safe was broken, but staff were very helpful and sorted straight away. We didn’t ask about garden furniture- only there 2 nights and didn’t need the garden.

The villa was not cleaned properly. The floor was dusty, there was some rubbish around the pool and on the roof lots of empty cups and cans. There was one juice cup and 2 mug in the kitchen for the whole villa. There were not enough towels or I should say there was no towels for the pool at all. The pool water circulation was off and the sun beds were dirty. There were many doors and tiles on the floor broken. Poor maintenance is obvious. There was no reception after 8 PM, so we had to wait till the next day to correct things. The stuff was helpful, but all should have been done before our arrival.

The privet pool was huge and the villa was spacious. The garden well kept and the other pools and beach around the property was nice. For the car there was a complete garage which was connected to the villa. Its an amazing place to stay and spend some time with family. The concept is almost perfect, but unfortunately there are possible improvements that must be done.
