The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were pleasant and ready to help when needed. The location was very close to shops/restaurants/ currency exchange and was easy to walk to some areas or a short taxi ride.

We did not enjoy the breakfast, it was not very good, small, and many things were already empty and not refilled. We had to extend our check-out time further however they charged us 50 dollars for simply extending it to 6 pm. I do not think that was fair since that was half of the price for the night for simply 4 hours. The TV did not have any apps, such as Netflix even though it was a smart tv.

The room was very large, larger than expected with a very comfortable bed and generally equipped with everything you need. They were very responsive at the front desk and were polite and kind. The hotel was nicely located. They had a gym and pool which looked nice, but the weather was not very nice so we did not use it.

The restaurant staff were not friendly and seemed reluctant to take our order for just one egg and one pancake. Little things like this do make a difference.

Large, clean and very comfortable rooms. Good facilities and perfect location (within 5 minutes walking distance to Rainbow Street) and good restaurants nearby. Wide variety of breakfast choices.

I reserved the rooms in ramadan, the breakfast timing was not adjusted because of ramadan and they are providing a so basic sohoor in room, swimming pole is very small.

Location is perfect in the middle of the city, nearby you can find a lot of restaurants, coffee, and mini market, it was so clean and well arranged, rooms sizes was very good, parking was so easy.

All was great.

It was a good location for a base in Amman, close to a mall, to local restaurants. The suite we had was very functional for our family of 4. The hotel is quiet and gives you privacy that you don’t always get in a chain hotel (although these are great too!). The hotel did come up to its 5* rating. Service and staff were fantastic: car valet, front desk, breakfast servers. When i called the front desk with a question, someone was up in the room to help us in less than 5 minutes. We thought it was a gem of a hotel and I wished we could spend more time there.

Excellent personnel, everybody is very helpful with excellent english speaking skills. Immeditely offered a map anbd explain where an what is better to do. We were surprised because our guide thinks there is no goof hotels in Madabad but there is at least one/

Water temp fluctuates as does the pressure but not a deal breaker.

This was our second stay here. We had a lovely time. Friendly staff. The pool was open - bit chilly still but lovely to sit outside and relax after sightseeing. The drivers we had from the hotel for airport transfers were excellent. Front desk / room service / housekeeping staff etc were also very friendly and helpful. Having a lounge area and kitchenette made the difference. The free laundry facilities are a superb touch.
