I booked a junior suite for two persons but when I arrived due to over booking the room was not available so they gave me a family room but I didn't like it so the next day they gave me the room I booked as it was available

The staff was very friendly. Mohammed, Rana, Janice at the reception, Mohammad Magablah and Stephen from house keeping were very nice as well. The location also was very good close to everything.

Highly recommend this hotel, great location very central close to everything, big modern rooms very tastefully furnished, very clean, big screen TV in room, helpful personnel, delicious breakfast with lot of choices. We would specially like to thank Mr Amjad at the reception for his kindness and help during our stay.

Everything from the spacious and extremely comfortable and spotless rooms the glorious selection of fresh delicious produce served in the restaurant catering for vegetarians and allergies and the professional polite and friendly welcome and advice offered by Tariq the manager and his wonderful multi lingual team with Rana & Janice on reception . In a nutshell a first class experience from start to finish !

Shower is done in plastic so the showerhead did not hang properly. In general: nice hotel but given the materials used it will age quickly. Coffee at breakfast was mediocre…

WiFi was not working all the time and when it worked it was very slow. Luckily we didn’t need it much but it would have been nice to have better coverage. Breakfast options very limited but not bad

Excellent location. Close to the beach and in the middle of a busy shopping and dining district. No need to drive anywhere as it was all within short walking distances. Room was large, clean, great view of the sea. Staff were all polite, clean, professional and exceptionally accommodating

Great location exceptional value Polite and professional staff . Large comfortable dining room with a grand selection of different dishes including good vegetarian options .The quality of the Egyptian bed linen and towels are just another detail which makes the larger than average rooms all equipped with tea and coffee making facilities outstanding . The Loft has been a real discovery for me right in the Centre of town and within walking distance of the Royal Yacht Club , the shops, banks the old souk and the beach .

There is nothing not to like !

This is a new first class five star hotel . Great attention has been given to detail to ensure that guests feel welcome and at ease as soon as they step through the door . The quality variety and freshness of the food in the restaurant is outstanding with the breakfast probably the best I have had in a hotel in over 50 years of international travel . All of the management team are university graduates and speak many languages in my case I was able to organize all my requirements in perfect fluent English with no possibility of any misunderstandings . I have been so impressed with this hotel that I have decided to stay for another week and drive to my appointments.

The breakfast arrangements were not well organised. There is a scope of improvement both in food items as well as arrangements.

The comfort and luxury offered was really enjoyable. We were 7 friends and booking was for 1 family room accommodating 4 adults and 1 room with 3 beds. However, on our check in they upgraded us to both family suites that too with sea side views.. we were delighted with the hospitality offered.

Air conditioning was directed to my part of the bed and was blowing directly to my face but the bed was so big that we could sleep across ;) So for me it was a minor issue ;)
