Everything in this hotel is good. Closer to Petra visitor center and Staff were very helpfull and Nice including the manager. Breakfast was really good with lots of varieties. I would defenitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Petra.

3 Jod per Person for 3 min taxi ride to Petra by night for 4 people, thus 12 jod in total, seemed more than overpriced. However during the day the transfer to Petra is included.

If it's your first time in Jordan, this hotel really makes your stay easy offering transfer to Petra and informing you well about all attractions. The breakfast was great!

A perfect hotel - free transfers to Petra. Room was huge. Staff cannot do enough for you, best staff and manager of anywhere. Breakfast was great too. They were able to sort my onward transport and make every effort to find the best deal available.

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is located in a great central location, close to many bars and restaurants as well as the entrance to Petra. The rooms are extremely comfortable, tidy and clean, for those who need to stay a few nights it is perfect as they will not have to bring hairdryers, towels and soaps with them as they are supplied. The price also includes a rich breakfast where a wide variety of sweet and savory foods is available. Breakfast takes place on the fourth floor of the structure, in a very comfortable room with a spectacular view of Wadi Musa. Being a smoker, I also really appreciated the presence of a smoking room. They also offer the availability of a shuttle service active during the day to accompany you to the entrance of Petra. The owner was extremely kind and immediately made us feel at home. Even though we had arrived a couple of hours ahead of check-in , they still gave us the rooms without charging us a supplement. On the last day we wanted to see Little Petra, the owner kindly called us a taxi and allowed us to leave our luggage beyond the check out time. What can I say... we met wonderful people who really helped us a lot and made our stay in Wadi Musa really pleasant. If I will ever return I will opt for this hotel again. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The only thing (almost nothing to worry about) was that the temperature of the water in the shower was not very stable sometimes it was very hot and all of a sudden it was becoming cold. But very rarely.

The receptionist and in general the staff were very friendly and helpful for everything. The hotel is nice and clean and the breakfast is very good/delicious.

The hotel is good, very comfortable, the room is super spacious and very clean, the hotel staff is excellent and always tries to help us how to get around Petra and they also recommended how to go to Wadi Rum. They also provided us with a round trip taxi from the airport and to the airport (obviously paying for the taxi service). Continental breakfast and also typical food.

The owner and staff of the hotel are extremely kind and helpful. They went out of their way to help me. They were perhaps the best in Petra! The breakfast buffet is nice with a reasonable range of choices. I also enjoyed the mini bar in my room.

This hotels deserves more than 5 stars easily one of the best places ive ever stayed in. The staff were amazing and I thank them for hosting us in this beautiful place. Incredible view of Wadi Musa. It’s placed in the best location of Wadi Musa and everything is nearby. Honestly I cannot rate this place enough.

It's a family run hotel. The customers are given personal attention by the owners themselves. They take due care to provide all assistance to the persons staying in the hotel. Ali and Mahmoud were exceptionally great in their conduct and dealings. Free Shuttle to/from Petra visitor center was a bonus and actually the best part of the hotel. The dinner experience was also great, with great menu and ambience. Highly recommended.

Reasonably small modern hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff on arrival. Room and bathroom were immaculate. Comfortable bed and good complimentary mini bar. Decent breakfast options with stunning view. Hotel offers shuttle to and from Petra visitor centre, which was very convenient. Good location with multiple nice restaurants within minutes walking distance. Recommend staying here if visiting Petra. (Despite near-by conflict, Jordan is incredibly safe to visit.)

The parking was a little tight.

The hotel was beautiful on the inside and the rooms very comfortable. They served a very good traditional Jordanian breakfast. The location was about 5 minute drive to the main Petra gate.

The hotel was very close to the Petra Ancient City, we had a car and drove like 3-5 minutes. Park is easy on the street. Property was extremely clean. Breakfast is very good and you can find multiple options for each item. Hotel owners are super friendly, especially Ali. Thanks for everything.

Excellent. Couldn't fault the hotel one bit. The proprietor is very friendly. The shuttle to the visitor centre works perfectly and is a very nice touch. The hotel was spotless and the room was fantastic. Best hotel I stayed in in Jordan. You should stay here.

Clean and comfortable, rooms are spacious and has a free mini bar. There is a rooftop space for breakfast and dinner with an amazing view of Petra. We are welcomed with tea and immediately made comfortable. Staff is very hospitable and responsive to our needs. There is daily shuttle from Petra and breakfast was excellent. The location is close to the town centre and is a short walk to restaurants.
