Very clean room, good price for what it offers. No air conditioning but ventilators in the room. Very clean and private bathroom. Camp is very close to main road.

Apparently not all units have A/C (mine did thanks to the staff). I also heard that it might cost extra from others (not in my case). The solar powered A/C does not run overnight and only during the day— a fan was provided for overnight.

The view from my tent was exceptional The staff—Hussein and Mohammed— were very hospitable and did everything they could to try to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. They are very warm people who are very responsive, accommodating. Wifi had pretty good coverage and was adequate.

camp was at the best place of wadi rum. owner Hasan is amazing man. and he do his best to serve guests and made our day. dont book camel and jeep tours from other place.he will arrange all tours your need for high quality with very low price. 2-3times lower than desert price. Chef Muhammed really has gold hands.he made traditional desert meal for us that cooked under sand. everything was amazing

Air con didn't really work even during late afternoon when the solar panels had been on all day which made it a little uncomfortable in the rooms. Breakfast options could be improved there was not a lot on offer.

Amazing location and host - Hussein was fantastic and organised everything so easily for us! Evening meal on a night is very good.

Great staff and cosy (optional) evening programme with tea, music and dancing (free of charge). Free and secure parking at the Wadi Rum Visitor Center, with convinient pick-up and drop-off by the host with his jeep. Camel and Jeep tours (extra booked) enjoable and recommended

Great location, wonderful views from the room, friendly staff, good food. Considering that we were essentially staying in the desert it is amazing how comfortable and well equipped the rooms are. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 hour jeep ride, by the time we got back to the camp we were fairly tired and sandy. Would thoroughly recommend the camp

Hussein is a very good host. All the staff are very friendly and my 2 year old son had a very good time here. Recommend this camp especially if you are travelling with babies or toddlers :) Rooms have private showers and air conditioning.

We paid for a 4 hour jeep tour, we thought we would have a guide too in the driver’s person but he didn’t speak English so we didn’t know what we were seeing in the desert.

Great atmosphere in this camp, arrived late and they came for us to the main road to guide into the desert. They were waiting for us with warm room. Paid extra fee for aircon heating. Great room with lovely view. We had brilliant Bedouin dinner. Very comfortable bed (hard which we like). Good communication. Simple breakfast.

no UMAMI network coverage but there is wifi if you ask

Very nice camp, tents facing west, beautiful view from the window. There is no problem with hot water or heating. The standard exceeded my expectations. In the evening we had traditional ZARB. Everything as it should be :) It might seem like a camp like all others in Wadi Rum, but people are the most important. Honest host, comes up with the goods. You won't be disappointed.

It was written that there is working AC, heating but they didn't turn the generator on as there were less people that night. We had warm blankets so didn't feel cold during night.
