The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel is very close to Aqaba castle. The sea and the mountain view from the room in the morning was amazing.

Given the war in the Gaza zone (which is quite far away) there were not many tourists in Jordan during our vacation and the hotel was not fully occupied. Due to the situation, breakfast which was included in the price has been made from pickles, bread, meat, cheese and eggs. There were no fresh vegetables.

The hotel is located near the main road and Acaba's attractions. There was no problem with the parking place. The staff is nice and helpful.

The breakfast was boring, there were few hot dishes to choose from, and the omelet maker was not always available. The gym is open from 10am to 6pm which is absurd. Bathrooms need refreshing and renovation. The service is quite lazy.

All over outside the hotel it was full of garbage. There were a lot of construction sites around but the basic cleaning of street garbage next to the hotel walls should be a daily routine. Plastic bags and domestic garbage were laying everywhere. Nobody was bothering to clean anything outside of the doors of the hotel. The shower was over flooding in the toilet and there was water everywhere. Basic maintenance was missing. The rest was pretty much ok.

Location is not super but it’s 10 min walking from everywhere and I felt safe even at evening.

Not enough towels (4 small towels for 5 people), about 10 minute walk from the center. The family room said one king and two single but was 4 singles.

The hotel was clean, Breakfast is roughly what I learned to expect in Jordan. Not great but not bad.

The level of the service is very good and rooms are comfortable, but there were no towels when we first checked in, although they bring them later I just expected to find towels when entering the room. The swimming pool is good. The food is delicious but with a few varieties of dishes. Overall, it deserves somewhere between 7 - 8 rating marks, but as an encouragement for upgrading and improvement, I will give it 8. After all, it is recommended for medium budget cost.

Fast and easy check in, staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean with a nice small balcony overlooking the main road. Breakfast buffet was one of the best during our two weeks in Jordan. Walking into town takes about fifteen minutes, but for those with a car should be no problem. Nice pool area and also a souvenir store with reasonable prices

-There was no balcony in the room and window view was not great -Small pool in the basement (for kids it can be enought) - Hotel is located outside city center and there are lot of car workshops, tire shops etc

The pool motor was out of order, so the water was not clear, in general the swimming pool is not good enough, otherwise everything is amazing and affordable.

The beds are quite nice and comfortable, and the hotel is extremely clean and affordable. It's really close to the city center. A special thank you to Wafaa, an wonderful member of staff! she helped us either inside and outside the hotel.

Our room/bathroom didn't seem very clean. We noticed hair all over the floor. Not the hotel's fault, but our room overlooked an empty lot that was full of trash and stray dogs. The dogs would bark in the middle of the night and wake us up.

The hotel itself has nice new facilities and the staff were lovely. Location was easy as we had a car, and parking was free. Walking to town also easy, but the walk itself isn't so pleasant.
