No face towel, reception called me about 11:00 pm asking a question about payment!!. overall good hotel and value for money, I would recommend more training for staffs.

The bathroom floor could have been just a little bit cleaner

The beds were very comfortable, the staff was very kind, the amenities and furniture in the room, the white sparkle clean linen,the balcony with sea and mountain view. The fact that we (a couple) received an upgrade of the room booked, free of charge.

Mainly we did not like trying to take advantage of us. The receptionist Safuwan didn't help us to take the shattle to the beach resort we wanted because he was only speaking about activities promoted by the hotel. The next day he was very unprofessional discussing for good 5 minutes with 2 of his colleagues about a the fee due to extend our stay at the hotel for few more hours. All the discussion happened in Arabic, which we don't understand because we spoke in English. The impression was that they were trying to raise the price because we are not local and they wanted to make a fool of us. That's not what you would expect at the reception of a hotel. This was the most upsetting event, but in general the personnel is not very competent, though they try to be more friendly than Safuwan. A big obstacle is the knowledge of English language... Doesn't seem to be a requirement even to work at the front desk. Surprisingly, the cleaner had better manner and English knowledge than Safuwan and he helped us. Also Faris, another receptionist was nice with us and knows English. Last but not least, one complaint about room service. The bin was never emptied, in fact it was overflowing, and not all the towels were in the room when we checked in.

Good size swimming pool, unfortunately hot tub and sauna were closed by the time we reached the hotel. Very good breakfast. Comfortable beds .

There was a very loud prayer call coming from a nearby mosque in the middle of the night but this may be the case in other locations too.

We chose this hotel as a stop in our car journey from Aqaba to Wadi Rum. It is located very close to main roads from Aqaba to the airport, Wadi Rum and Petra. It offers parking in front of the property which is a good option if you travel by car as in many other hotels you need to use off street parking. The room was nice and there were lots of toiletries including hair conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste which is rare.

True that water in the swimming pool was cold, location is so so - there are similar hotels closer to the station and restaurants, loud prayers from the mosque wake you up at 5AM

Sound insulation could be better. We could hear street traffic, mosque prayers at 5am and chairs moving in the restaurant upstairs at breakfast time.

The breakfast selection might be improved by including a bit more options such as cereals, croissants, proper coffee to be made with coffee machine and not soluble coffee.

The room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was very nice, facing the mountains. Car park available straight in front of the hotel entrance. The location was very good. We could walk to the main restaurants area and to the promenade.

There was no hanger in the bathroom.

We parked easily in front of the hotel. The restaurant where we had breakfast was on the top floor with a nice view. Rooms were nice and equipped.
