New and clean hotel with spacious rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is perfect: right in the middle of downtown Amman so everything needed within walking distance. At the same time just far enough in a backstreet tot get out of the noise of the shopping streets. Recommended.

I don't recommend it for women, or for people staying there for a long period(even though it is safe). It is a very simple basic hotel and we only spent one night there . It was clean, the people there are very friendly and very helpful! But definitely it needs some improvements to be called a hotel.

The hotel is still in construction so the rooms were still a bit dusty with some paint on floor. No towels in the room sonO needed to ask and I was given.

Location is excellent. Staff is super-friendly and accommodating. They changed our room as soon as we asked.

the internet did not reach all the rooms well. this problem needs to be solved there were some small ants in the room there was a smell of humidity in the room

It is quite hard to find it, because it has the smallest possible sign. So be sure you you know where you are going especialy if you are with the car. The hotel is in the same building as the Post office and right above Starbucks.

The location is perfect for the downtown street crusing. Planty of good restaurants right by. It has a privat parking and that is very convinient.

Location : The maps / address given in booking.com is not correct or it doesnt take you to the exact hotel, so probably needs correction. The one on google maps is perfect Name : There is no name of the hotel anywhere on the building, so very tough to find, its above the starbucks, i was standing right in front of starbucks but still dint realise the hotel is just there. Building : There is still construction going on , its not a hindrance but there are some finishings in the bathroom which is not done properly. Towels : The towels provided were only hand towels Wifi : Wifi strength is strong in certain areas of the hotel but it was not strong in the room where we stayed Fridge : There was a fridge in our room but no place to plug it, so we dint use it and we used it only as a water bottle stand Parking : Very steep curve to access the parking area. So in experienced drivers in town like Amman (like me) will struggle. if you struggle. better ring and ask for feroz, he will park it for you. Things to improve : Name of the hotel on the building, Location to be corrected in booking.com , Towels - Good Sized ones , Wifi - Strong signals, Finishing of some areas in bathroom We would still stay here again , as the location is perfect , everything accessible by foot and lovely staff.

Location : The hotel is right in Downtown Amman, Close to the main tourist attractions Check in : Smooth , easy check in Staff : We arrived at 2 AM , We could not find the property and phoned the reception. Feroz said, he will come and find me and he guided us to the hotel. He was polite , enthusiastic and looks like a fun lad. Room : The room is spacious , high ceiling , A/C , bathroom spacious , Bedding - ok Amazing location, amazing staff and the hotel have potential.

The room was dirty and not the most comfortable. No bar restaurant or similar at the hotel (not big deal as there are plenty around) It is really difficult to find the hotel as it is not signalled as hotel. Just have faith in Google maps Driving or parking in this area can be a hard task. Better walk or taxi

it is still a bit tricky to find specialy in the evening, the signs from the hotel are quite small. the noice from outside is unbelivable. and it lasted till 2am. so that can be a big disadvantage of your staying.

it is located in downtown, in the center. the room was clean, with towels and hot water. staff were also very kind. also the beds are conftable.

Instead, the room smelled of cigarette smoke, the internet didn't work at all, and one evening, the hot water didn't work either! The host could not be reached for discussion.

The hotel is located in the city center, in an indescribable noise, but it is worth the tried and tested experience! Check-in was very easy, and the room I had was big and beautiful!

It was dirty, no sheets changed from previous guests. We got only one set of towels for two, when we asked they said they will bring but never came, even second day. Shower clogged with hair.

It would have taken so little to lift the rooms to a higher level by installing the lighting and doing the decor more neatly, and by making sure every switch actually works, etc. Also preventing roof leaks on the top floor when it rains. These things appeared still in progress. But then I imagine the prices would go up too.

The location is excellent and the rooms spacious and clean with good beds. Friendly staff.

A little bit hard to find for the first time(no sign on the road) The lock of our window was broken. it was cold. But staff has changed our room asap. And there is no hair dryer in the room.

The building Entrance to the hotel a bit hidden and Looks like incomplete construction site. Towels are limited but its was arranged upon request if they have stock.

Its a budget hotel but located at downtown at very strategic locations and very suitable for tourist who looking for comfort at reasonable rate. within few steps of walk, you able to get everything. Close by to many restaurants. Hotel lobby located at second floor and there is lift to access behind of STARBUCKS. Its totally New hotel.

No mirror in the bathroom, we were not able to pay by card, very noisy environment.

Very close to the main sights (Citadel, Roman Theatre, Duke's Diwan), affordable, very kind staff.

The room was unfinished with holes in the bathroom. They did not change the room for us. Our car was blocked in the car park for over 2 1/2hours but the manager did not come. The non English speaking staff tried his best but our plans for the day were ruined. There was no tea/coffee with the kettle

The location is fantastic. Middle of the city and with parking. The rooms are big and the staff helpful. Particularly the young man who did not speak muxh English but was extremely helpful
