The organization of the rooms is a bit weird, Little details in my room need fixings. Nothing big. Really nice hotel.

Not everything on the room service menu tasted good. We tried different things from the room service menu, most of them tasted good, but the kabab sandwich specifically wasn't great.

The hotel is very nice. Modern and chic, at a great location, very close to a nice boulevard with restaurants and cafe's and a major mall. And the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had a number of requests which I had communicated with their team prior to arrival, and all of them were provided. It's my second time staying there and I'll probably be staying there again on my next visit to Jordan.

All was perfect

We stayed at W Amman, and even though I booked 2 nights by mistake and was not able to get a refund - we truly appreciate the team in offering us credit for a driver which we did. On arrival was upgraded as well which was another nice touch. Communication was easy and responsive - and for the breakfast they offered, can honestly say its the best we have ever had, in the world, and we travel regularly - highly recommend

Room service constantly comes to clean without asking all time. There is no one to show you to your room and introduce you to the facilities. You must help yourself. The room window was not clean

Everything is exceptional. Very clean and comfortable. All the staff were caring with a mission to please the guests. Abdullah at reception was so tentative and friendly. He upgraded our room to a corner one. Amazing view. Many delicious food choices at breakfast. One of the best hotels we stayed at.

A lot of the facilities are closed because we travelled during Ramadan, I was surprised as it’s a hotel, but I suppose this is the rule of the government so I suppose I cannot fault the hotel.

The staff made sure that you are looked after at this hotel. Nothing is a problem for them. They made me and my friend feel so welcome and special during our one night stay.

I love the look of the place, it is not a average hotel room. Groovy is the only word I can think of.
