One big "but" unfortunately. The whole idea of going to wadi rum is to do the jeep tour, which we did but with an 8? year old boy as my guide who answered most of my questions with "yes" as to what are we seeing now, how old are you? etc. Best explanations were we are at "rock" or "Lawrence!". I had expected a guided tour and not just to be driven around; so had a heap of questions unanswered and was quite disappointed. I was also only one on tour so had to cop the maximun price. of 65 JD. by myself. Not sure if all tours run this way or not or my expectations were out of line. There wasn't really anyone who spoke fluently at the camp though we muddled through.

The rooms were superb,. The dinner was fine. They corresponded with my public bus driver to drop me off at the right spot and delivered me to the bus terminal on time to depart. Couldn't fault their desire to make things right for me. Everything worked like clockwork even though I wasn't sure what was happening.

Nothing, thank you from the heart ❤️❤️

It was a great experience! Very welcoming staff, food was delicious, jeep safaris were breathtaking with amazing scenery, camel ride to a place where we watched sunset was also amazing. Last but not least the room was beautiful, with a large window that gives you the impression that you are sleeping in the open desert under a sky full of stars but with the comfort of a very large bed! Thank you very much, Saleh, for this wonderful experience! We will be back soon 👍👍

I had only 2 days left in Jordan before travelling back to my country, and decided to spend a night at Desert Breeze in Wadi Rum, and I don’t regret my choice at all! The site, facilities and rooms are extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff is super friendly, Salah helped us from the moment we arrived in Wadi Rum until we left, helping us moving through the desert in his truck. He brought us up a hill to watch the sunset, which was as beautiful as it gets! At night the camp is calm and allows you to rest while observing the stars, with amazing and tasty tea made in charcoal. The breakfast was simple but tasty, fresh, and you could eat until you were full. The coffee was amazing! Would definitely recommend Desert Breeze to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Wadi Rum at a low cost.

Nothing, this is more than wonderful.

We travel to meet people, experience new cultures, appreciate different cuisines.. Wadi Rum is definitely a must. Wadi Rum has a stunning view located right in the middle of it. The owners will pick you up at a meeting point where you can park your car, usually at their location. A cup of tea is their way of welcoming you to Wadi Rum. The Bedouins settled in their tents in the shadows of the rocky mountains. We had a nice view from the room. Very clean and specious. The food is delicious especially the 'zarb' which is a Bedouin version of barbecue. It is cooked in a large underground pit. Wadi Rum can be explored in several ways: by 4×4 camel, on foot, or through adventurous activities such as rock climbing and hot air balloon rides. But we decided to take the 6-hour jeep tour. We visited more than 6 places in the desert and had lunch in the middle of Wadi Rum with one of the owners named "Salah". He is very friendly and nice. The best moment of the day for me was sitting on a rock and waiting for the sunset in Wadi Rum. It was really surprising to look at. At least but not least, the owners and staff are all very friendly and kind. You will never hesitate to talk to them about Bedouin life, traditions, people... and others. Many thanks to Salah.. I will see you again, as it is definitely an experience to stay there.
