Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

JordanNeed to place signs to show people how to get to the private parking area for the camp. We ended up reaching the visitors center instead.
A beautiful experience, clean rooms, great buffet dinner and breakfast, lovely jacuzzi. Great tours to be taken via the camp. Must turn off lights completely inside the bubble tent to get the most outstanding sight from your bed room of the gorgeous stars above! Out of this world. Must wear thick pjs or clothes at night tends to be very cold inside the bubble.

Turkey1- I wish if they add mobile charge socket beside the beds. 2- I booked 2 rooms, as during the booking it was not possible to book a room for 4 persons. However, they offered me a room with a king size bed and a sofa which was opened and large enough for 2 more persons. I mean, we could only book one room.

TurkeyMinibar should inculude more water before we ask that because it is desert and realy hot
Bubble room was good it has AC, the sleeping room has privacy. tab for washing hand and face was a little bit higher than avarage, minibar only includes coke and small water and if you ask for more they bring more water. The hotels staff was so friendly, food was good. They have bar and their price affordable (avarage). They has İnternet only in the bar. We stay there 2 days. The second day we have safari tour which is not organised by hotel, so they are not responsible about that. The tour has opinions like 2 hr 4 hour and full day which means 6 hour. We made 4 hour and it was too much visited each place and then complete safari at 2 o’clok and we back to hotel the room was too hot and there is nothing to do but do not forget you will be in desert and that is their life style they do nothing during day.

Italy2 of 4 lights in the room did not work, and I had to ask the reception twice to have 1 of the 2 repaired. The contact from the hotel is not quite responsive. The contact on Booking always asked to contact via WhatsApp, however 3 different WhatsApp numbers were provided before and during the stay without any clear instructions of what they respectively are responsible for. In the end of the trip, I tried to ask the hotel to help contact a tour guide who is in cooperation with the hotel for jeep tours. I contacted first with booking, and then was asked to contact WhatsApp number 1 and again WhatsApp number 2. It took about 4 days to finally reach the tour guide. Just hope that the hotel can make instructions about which contact the guest should reach for what kind of issue so that the experience from a guest side can be much better.
The location is very good and the feature of the tents is perfect.

United KingdomI felt that for £400+ per night that the food should have been better and hot tub should have been cleaned. Our igloo also was very Sandy on top which obstructed the star gazing. I’m trying to be fair because this is all in the middle of the desert but do feel a quick hose down of the top would have been easy and quick to do. Might also be worth them adding in a quick show around the igloo by staff beforehand as it’s not your every day stay.
Igloos are so unique

United KingdomCharging 5 star price while the service is not there. Especially regarding flexibility for special arrangements etc, most emails were answered with the same automatic answer even if we had some requests.. they could not accommodate a lot of flexibility and communication was poor which you do not expect from 5 star hotels so still a lot to learn to be at the real top.
Very nice property at a great location. Bubbles are very comfortable and nice with the private terrace with jacuzzi. Food was decent as well. Pretty unique setting overall.

United StatesNothing! But just keep in mind that the bubble might be a bit worn out - it doesn’t really impact the experience but wanted to mention that to set expectations if you’re expecting a “5 star” hotel
The whole experience is super unique - especially waking up to the sun rise and hanging out in the jacuzzi during sunset. The breakfast and dinner selection was good too - especially since they have an omelette and pancake station; the giant chicken zarb rice dish every night was delicious! The staff is so very friendly and attentive. All the activities are payable by VISA but it’s good to have some cash on hand to tip. Recommend doing the 2h jeep excursion and trying out sandboarding!

ChileWe could not do the stargazing tour which was cancelled due to clouds even though the sky was pretty clear.
Great staff. We were welcomed with hibiscus tea. They awaited us with a private dinner with candles and torches on the floor surrounding our table. We received a complimentary 2 hour jeep safari and were able to do it in our own rental car which made it even more comfortable as you normally go in an open Toyota pickup which makes it a little cold this time of the year. The bubble is very nice and the bed was decorated with flowers and towels in the form of swans. We enjoyed the midnight jacuzzi time under the stars. And it is wonderful to fall asleep under the stars.

IndiaThere were a few marks on the bubble tent on the top from where you see outside from the living room & bedroom. You wish they would be cleaned (if possible), but this is not enough to deduct a ⭐. Also the reviews about Jacuzzi not working, food being bad & feeling unsafe (it's an auto-lock system, come on!) is something I didn't face at all. They were all fantastic and to the contrary.
Bubble Luxotel was one of the, if not the best hotel experience in my life. The location is secluded away from the touristy part of Wadi Rum with stunning mountains all around. The bubble hotel is spectacular with all amenities one can think of from a hammock, jacuzzi, big beds, beautiful living room (with a comfy sofa) & a fantastic washroom/changing area. The morning views were to die for & sleeping under the stars & moon looking up while sleeping was absolutely amazing. Keep in mind, you're bang in the middle of a vast desert stretching over 700 kms! So the facilities were even more mind-blowing. Notably, the breakfast was great (mashed potatoes were the best) & the dinner was also fantastic with lots of meat options. The way they make chicken & lamb is also unique, make sure you request the staff to show you how they do it, the staff is very nice and helpful. The high cost does actually feel like worth it even though now is a good time to go because of less tourists & you might get these rooms for even around $200/night. Overall, I highly recommend Bubble Luxotel Wadi Rum as a unique & Wonderful life experience.

United StatesEverything about our stay was exceptional. Starting with a smooth pickup. Front desk staff were very helpful and arranged a Jeep tor for us that was the highlight of our stay. We had the most delicious dinner and were able to relax and enjoy the wonderful scenes of Wadi Rum. The Bubbles are everything you imagine and more, so much fun. We stayed up at night and were able to stargaze and woke up early and watched the sunrise. Truly magical. The hike trails were close and safe. We really enjoyed our walks around the campground. The breakfast next morning Did not disappoint. Every single person went above and beyond to help us and make sure we were comfortable. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Our experience at Bubble Luxotel in Wadi Rum was absolutely amazing and one that my now fiancé and I will never forget. In addition to the great stay in our hotel room, seeing the stars from the bedroom and from the private hot tub on the deck, we also had a private occasion organized for us. With the incredible help of ‘Ajwad’, who stopped at nothing to make everything possible and to make sure everything worked out perfectly, we had the most magical setting and set-up for our proposal and engagement celebration between the mountains. ‘Ajwad’ not only laid out the set-up with traditional desert rugs, cushions, a low table setting with candles and flowers, along with the candles lined up alongside the rugs, exactly as we had arranged over the phone and through sharing messages and images, he also prepared gourmet bites for us and took incredible and highly professional photographs of us, while understanding the vision the entire time and bouncing ideas around with me - reach out to ‘Ajwad’ if you want to prepare anything unforgettable like this!

United StatesJeep tour flyer doesn’t adequately describe the activities (read up beforehand since most of the jeep tours have the same itinerary). This place isn’t in Wadi Rum but it’s pretty close (and the other bubble hotels had just one bubble rooms). Everything else was great!
One of the most unique places to stay. Triple bubble with a beautiful view of the desert. It’s amazing to find this place here. Spent two nights here. Dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent. (Expect Jordanian food not the typical American buffet.) Took the all day jeep tour until sunset with a Bedouin lunch (chicken, potato and tomato stew with bread and fruit) and it was amazing. $90 for our family of 4 + $ for lunch. In an open jeep (bring - face covering and sunglasses for the wind), we were dropped off at several places to experience the wonders of Wadi Rum (not much explanation from the driver but you just enjoy the sights and scenery). We’ll always remember this trip! One of our highlights in Jordan!
