Loved my stay here. This is a small camp at the edge of the Wadi Rum Protected Area, but in the middle of the desert. When you arrive at the Visitors Centre they will pick you up and drive you to the camp. I arrived there at like 10am in the morning, so we were treated to breakfast and afterwards shown the options for the tours. I chose to book the camel riding tour and the 6 hour jeep tour which were both great. I love camels and think they are really cute animals, so it was fun to ride one. The Jeep tour shows you some famous spots in the desert and brings you to some little stores where you can have a coffee or even a soft drink. If you pay for the dinner options, you get treated to huge buffets of all kinds of very delicious foods. On my second day we were served the traditional chicken and veggies heated underground, which is a traditional way of Bedouin cooking. All the staff members are really friendly and accommodating. Whenever you need something you can ask them and they will make sure it happens immediately. Because it is in the desert, they have to save on electricity and hot water, but whenever you need it you can just ask for it and they will turn it on for you. Finally, in the common room there is very good WiFi as well. Perfect place to explore Wadi Rum for 2 days.

+ Amazing one in a lifetime experience! + The location of the camp was exceptional, really close to the Martian movie location. The views were exceptional and it was a perfect mix between isolation and high end hotel. It was family owned and they make sure you feel like you were part of the family. Honestly, they open their house and hearts for you. Amazing experience. They also offer anything you can imagine. Camel walks, star gazing, 4x4 tour anything they will organize for you.

I wish I could describe this stay well in my words because it is one of the most beautiful stays I have ever experienced. Everything was good from the reception, from our meeting to our wonderful leader Basel , the beautiful, warm rooms, and the wonderful staff. Everything was amazing. The manager contacted us and made it easy for us to meet with them. There is a group of one family running the business. When we arrived, they served us Bedouin tea and offered us activities. Then we went to our tent. It was in the desert, beautiful, clean. After that, we went on a jeep trip to discover the desert. We had our humorous guide Faisal. He explained to us all the ancient archaeological sites. We watched the sunset. Then we returned to our tent. And after that we went to dinner. Here's the surprise, as the food was cooked under the sand. One of the most delicious dishes that we ate in our trip I highly recommend it

I'm going to leave an honest review: Tent: the place was a 5/10 (the AC worked for 15 minutes then stopped working and it was so hot 35° C, the windows were dirty as shown in the picture, no towels), Transport: they will offer to pick you up from the parking and take you to the camp and when you get there, they will surprise you with a transport fee of 20JD per person after you arrive at the camp, they won't tell you about it beforehand (it gets cancelled if you purchase the tour), Tours: their tours are too expensive for the quality given! we were informed that there is a night gathering in a big tent with a bonfire for 25JD per person and it turned out to be a sitting alone with no tent in the dark desert with a small fire and a cup of tea! (When we asked to cancel it, they refused to return the money, they ended up giving us half of the money back) Dinner: We were informed that there will be an Open buffet for 15JD per person... turned out to be a 3/10 buffet, had only 1 type of food + 3 types of salads tasting mediocre, Breakfast: had a variety of options to choose from, unfortunately I found a cockroach in my food (informed the staff and they didn't EVEN apologize!!!! Or do anything) Activities: we paid for Sandboarding, and they ignored it and when we asked about it, they apologized for "forgetting" about it! Overall: the tent was very affordable, comfortable (needed to clean windows and fix the AC), their activities were overpriced and not worth the price, food is definitely a NO, staff amazing! I promise I'm being completely honest and fair.

The dinner costs 15 JOD Person and is of extremely poor quality. Breakfast was included however the quality was equally poor. Activities are on the expensive side however prices are negotiable.

The views are stunning. The bubble tent is a experience worth having.

What I really didn’t like about the hotel, is that they make pressure for all the customers to do the tours with them and don’t give you time to think about it. And if you say no, they will charge you the ride from the parking.(40$) The food was not good.

Staff doesnt really speak English, they asked us to pay 40JD for the transportation to the camp if we didn’t want any tour so instead we did night tour super expensive just tea next to the fire where people where speaking only Arabic… I came here because of the view from our bubble and the window was super dirty
