There was garbage laying on few spots within the camp (near the main gate and sand dune above the camp)

Everything was more than expected. The sunrise and the view from bubble tents are amazing. The food cooked in the sand is so tasty. We choose a jeep tour of 6 hour with lunch in the desert which was incredible. Is better to start the tour around 12:30 and you can see the sunset as well.

The camp is wonderful and beautiful, and the food is different and delicious. I enjoyed the tours and camel rides very much. It was a wonderful adventure. I hope it will be repeated in the future.

Beds are hard and uncomfortable but that can vary from person to person.

Great location, right off the main highway. Great accommodation with friendly staff. Easily organised fun jeep tours and camel rides. The food was great, unlimited drinks (water, tea and juice) are available in the main tent/restaurant. Very affordable prices for dinner.

The rooms can have slightly better facilities like intercom and the wooden furniture needs polishing as raw wood might cause hurt.

The owner has been so accommodating to meet all my needs. I contacted them prior to my visit and the communication was excellent and I stayed an additional night. They kindly arranged a fantastic 4hr jeep tour of the desert and star gazing activity with telescopes whilst I was there. Nothing was too much trouble and I was made to feel very welcome.

We loved the hospitality of the staff, which went beyond our expectations, they even served us a late free dinner. The comfort and the cleanliness of the room was perfect. Sleeping in a bubble tent is a unique experience, and the camp made our dream come true.

It was absolutely outstanding experience for us. we stayed only one night in martian tent which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. check in procedures were quick and efficient. Manager on duty was extremly kind, he arranged for us a jeep tour and provided us all neccessary information. because of his approach and staff attitude we felt very welcomed and pampered. Everything we needed was solved promtly. Dinner buffet was amazing, offering authentic delicious local food. many thanks to all of them, the manager on duty, staff and our driver and tour guide Abdullah. Camp has very convenient location, you can park your car right there, whereas all activities you wanna do in Wadi Rum are ensured by the staff. If we come back we will definitely stay here again, Many thanks for everything.

The camp was a magical adventure. My friend recommended it to me. Was there a man named Moataz at the reception? He gave us a free dinner which was very friendly and fun. Also, a man helped us with our rooms without any charge.
