the experience was amazing, I could see the stars in the night from my room, and the vibes were so nice, we were dancing all night, as they had a Bedouin party in the night, you can also book the jeep tours and the camel rides with the reception and they will give a good price , I wish to come back again to wadi rum

Probably wouldn't recommend booking a driver here. The manager is Ali and the driver is Saad. Our driver made a bunch of personal errands including picking up another passenger (we booked and paid for a private van) as well as picking things up from his family and stopping for food. It was very expensive to book a private driver so these things were a bit disappointing.

Amazing campsite. Amazing food, nice campsite with a fire. The jeep tour we booked here was absolutely perfect and Muhammad was the best guide ever. The tents were pretty luxurious and offered good value.

The breakfast buffet has a slight fly issue but I don’t think that’s a reflection on the hotel (more so the desert!!) and wouldn’t put me off staying again! Bathroom needed a towel Mat as it was slippery but other than that, all great!

What a fun experience!! The location is super authentic and overall setting created by the hotel is amazing! Such a tranquil place. We stayed in a Martian Tent & found it spacious, roomie and as clean as rooms in the desert can be! The food was decent and the staff were super helpful from start to end. Highly HIGHLY recommend booking the sunset jeep tour - it was a real highlight!

The camp is beautiful and one can tell that great attention has been paid to the details in the camp. The camp is very big and the location is ideal. The food was absolutely amazing - we cannot fault it at all. The manager/owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. They also have excursions at friendly prices and with good staff. They also provide entertainment which is a great way to end the evening. We loved our room and the view. All facilities were perfect. WiFi is also great.

The Martian tent we stayed at was good but the furniture needs some upgrade. The furniture looked a bit old. dated and dirty. Same for the carpets, a wash could definitely fix that.

The camp is really lively. There's live music, bon fire etc after dinner. The dinner buffet has a wide variety of dishes suitable for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. It was delicious ! We took a jeep tour at the camp and we had an amazing guide (Mohammed) with us. He made it an extremely memorable experience for us by taking pictures of us patiently, collected wood and made tea in the middle of the desert for sunset etc. They accommodated us in the first row of the tents as requested. We had a clear view of the desert from the room and loved stargazing from our deck at night. They offered the best rates for the jeep tour and dinner buffet compared to the other camps. Very budget friendly.

The loose sockets and some hangers are destroyed, maybe better to replace it for safety reasons and also AC for cleaning due to some dust and particles coming from the AC when its opened.

Mr Hassan is very considerate and very helpful. We need to leave the airport early and cannot get the breakfast so we exchange with dinner with no fee. The dinner options are very good and a lot to choose from. The entertainment was also good.

Our welcome was just OK, a drink would have been good after our long drive.

The dinner was good however the breakfast was a little on the frugal side - maybe most people had left early and alot of the food had gone. Our 2 hour jeep tour was excellent.
