Food could be focused more on quality vs quantity, as there's lots of variety but not the best quality. Also shisha was good but they only have basic flavors, keeping other flavors on hand would be very easy for them. But shisha was pretty good in general.

Service, cleanliness space and overall experience was exceptional. They even upgraded us to the bubble luxotel on our 2nd day which was a nice surprise. We really enjoyed the UFO bubbles. Dinner and breakfasts were pretty good, lots of options.

Staying in the Bubble was a unique experience. We watched the stars at night from our bed. There eas also a jacuzzi. The Manager was very attentive and when she found out I was a vegetarian go the chef to prepare me special meals.

Checkout .. we as a family of 5 were paired with another couple in a jeep with lot of luggage .. was a bit discomforting ride to the parking lot of the camp.. but was manageable ..

Amazing location, very courteous staff , very clean tents and very easy to do any activities as the camp people organise the same for us very quickly .. we as a family had a very good time at the camp.. the night view of the sky from the tent was amazing .. the 2 hours Jeep Tour was also very good .. We had done at the camp… as vegetarians we didn’t have much expectations but were pleasantly surprised to get many options to eat .. both for dinner and breakfast.. the chef helped us with the options to get veg options .. The weather was very good when we went but the hearing facilities on the tent were very good A sure recommendation to enjoy Wadirum dessert.

The experience is one of a kind. Also the staff were so nice and helpful. They made sure to keep everyone comfortable and happy. They welcomed us with a drink and also gave us a complimentary lunch and drinks. We loved every moment we spent there. Big shout to the managers and the entire staff. Everything was perfect

Team was very helpful, friendly and polite. Pickup, check-in/out drop off went very smooth and pleasant. Dinner and breakfast were good - lots of Jordanian specialities, which we really love. Staying overnight in capsule in desert is absolutely special experience. Jeep tour organized by the hotel exceeded all expectations. Our guide Adel a super driver with exceptional talent for photography and with perfect manners. If you are a noise sensitive sleeper , working air conditioner might be an issue, either turn it off (might be cold in winter), either keep it on (it will be warm). However, they give out some additional covers and during the cold you will sleep like a baby. There's no doors for toilet facilities, for us wasn't a problem.
