No proper cleaning service unfortunately. even putting sign to ´please clean’, they did not come until I ask for that reception. Plus they came once but changed towels and changed position of bed linen but otherwise kitchen and living room was not cleaned… I did not have access to the balcony as it was locked.

even the small sized room it has kitchen and enough space. beautiful view is the best point of the hotel !

We have stayed at Wild Jordan Center for 3 night. We have paid 295 JOD (400 USD). Whilst the facility is fabulous, the service is utterly and completely incompetent. We have checked in at 1 am having informed the hotel of our flight and potential arrival time. Issues with the room included lack of toilet paper, lack of soap and shampoo. It had also clearly not been cleaned properly - the floors were dirty and our feet were pitch black from dirt. The staff was informed in the morning about it in the morning but failed after 4 times/call to provide soap shampoo and toilet paper. We asked specifically the staff member if they did provide shampoo and have offered to go and get it ourselves - but they insisted they’d bring it to only then send us an email to our booking account saying they didn’t provide shampoo. Finally - while we were having lunch at the cafe - one of the waiters (hamzah) turned to us and hurried us to pay for the accommodation despite our card had already been shared with the hotel through Booking.com. When we indicated this, he forcibly indicated that we didn’t pay and we said that we would come back he replied: now, to which I replied in Arabic: we are not thieves.

1- Poor & not appropriate guest welcoming & greeting. No tour experience was offered 2- We have experienced confusion many times; Booking.com online check-in time shows (14:00pm) while once we arrived they told us that the check in at (15:00pm) so we had to wait an hour outside the center. Actually, we were very tired & there was no place to wait at. There is no specific desk office for welcoming WJC guests, check in procedure, completing reservation 3- The trail & the stairs to reach the lodge was spooky 4- The balcony is not safe & dangerous; there is cracks on floor edge, balcony horizontal railing space between each is wide 5- Cleaning: the chair pads & all windows were dirty 6- The air freshener dispenser was not misting & the lodge smell was not fresh 7- Some preventive measures for COVID 19 not offered especially sanitizers 8- Noisy & not quite area 9- One of the housekeepers & the one who responsible for car parking were greedy with strange behavior 10- The parking gate track needs to be fixed & properly maintained; unfortunately it injured the vehicle while leaving WJC parking

A bit dated and not the cleanest furniture (couch & chairs), no cleaning products offered despite the property having kitchen dishes & utensils. Also, if you opt to utilize the airport to lodge shuttle be sure to have confirmation from hotel staff.
