The property was very clean. Also close proximity to Petra. The walking distance is around 15 mins. Located in the heart of the city. Good restaurants and local market around. Since I was a solo traveller, I was quite worried about being scammed. However, the host helped me around with local shopping, ensured I did not get scammed with tourist tax. He was kind! Also, he’s a great cook. Very reliable in that sense. I didn’t feel worried at all. 10/10 recommend staying at Z Hostel. Ps. He also manages Wadi Rum tours. Pps. The host is also a great calligrapher (:

All was great. Wifi working good; there’s fridge u can use; beds are comfortable; 30 min walk uphill from the petra visitor center; clean; welcoming owner; plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

There are 2 locations very close to each other. Its not a problem to reach either of these but it was a bit unclear where we needed to be. Its a matter of taste but the pillows are very big

Location is great, we had a clean, spacious and good looking room. The host is an exceptionaly kind man. He provided us with a lot of information about how to get around in Petra and transfers to our next location. Breakfast was the best in Jordan so far. We got a small thoughtful gift.

Bunk beds needs fixing when climbing to upper bunk the stairs moves and makes really loud metal noises. Upper bunk beds needs some safety measurements because there is none. And the position of the beds makes it hard to move around since the room is small it would be better if bunk beds positioned to wall.

The location is so close to petro main entrance by walking 15 min. By taxi only takes a dinar and half. The facilities are super clean and The owner is helping, caring and friendly person.

The host, Zeyad, gives guests very personal attention and direction. His English is fantastic and he generously shares his homemade bread, calligraphy skills, time and he answers text questions immediately. Fridge, kettle and microwave and super hot showers. 10 min walk from mini bus station. Recommended!

The hostel is absolut fantastic. The host Zeyad is so friendly and carefully about his guests, its possible to order there breakfast, lunch or dinner - and the food is very very delicious!!!! We slept very well in this comfortable beds - even if its in the town you sleep very very good. The bathroom is very clean, there a 2 bathrooms in it. The distance to petra is very close and so all in all you get for a low price a really good offer :-)! We definitly come back and can recommend this nice hostel.

Lack of air condition could be a small inconvenience once staying in summer.

The host is very helpful, talkative, giving reccomendation for visiting Petra. Big plus for hostel owner. Good breakfast and dinner. Breakfast also available of you want to visit Petra at the very beginning of the day. We enjoyed staying here! Rooms are very clean and kept in good conditions.

The main issue was the fact that there was no AC in the rooms. I got to be there during the hottest days of the summer, and for 2 nights I couldn't really sleep as it was just too hot for me, the fan didn't help much. There's no kitchen - only a kettle, fridge and oven.

The owner of the place was incredibly helpful, he helped with transfers, laundry, provided lots of information about Wadi Musa, etc. Breakfast was good - traditional Middle Eastern breakfast with hummus, falafel, etc.

I should probably have read the description of the facilities better, but there's no AC at the hotel. As I stayed there during the hottest days of the year, this was a bit of an issue for me, but at other moments of the year it shouldn't be a problem. There's a fan and we opened the window, but the street is quite loud. Also, there was only a warm fuzzy blanket or other thick duvets, so a thin bedsheet would have been nice; again, probably not a problem at colder times of the year.

The best part of this hotel for me was the host, Ziyad, who will go above and beyond for his guests! I booked the night before coming to Wadi Musa, and he immediately answered my questions and helped me find a way there (as I was coming from Jerusalem). All day, he stayed in contact with me and the bus driver to make sure I don't miss the bus up from Aqaba. Similarly, after I left the hotel, he arranged for me and another guest a shared taxi to Amman so that I could avoid taking the public bus. For 5JD and 4JD respectively, he arranged a dinner and a lunchbox for me, which was enough food for my whole 2 nights stay. Additionally, he got packaged breakfast for another guest and me to go to Petra early (6am). Thank you Ziyad!

We came very early to the facilty and the room we booked was already full, but thanks to Ziyad he offered us a better room in his second hostel without no extra charge. He and his staff were very friendly, The hostel is located in the center of the city with a walking distance to Petra Visitor center, location is very safe and there are several stores and restaurants around.
