Breakfast should be improved. Some of the bathrooms (we had a mix of luxury and standard lodges) need updating/ cleaning.

Staff were very accommodating and polite. The location was great and the property organised a safari tour last minute for us. Dinner was very nice. Good value for money. Mosquito plug ins provided in rooms incase needed.

Food was not good. There were noises all over the ceiling fabric in the dome like animals crawling or flying in the chamber between the ceiling and the outside cover. There were no signs in the road with directions to get to the resort, no cell phone signal... Fortunately an angel passer by helped us.

- The Martian domes look old and shabby in reality. Both from the outside and inside. Inside they are quite ascetic. Another problem is that during the day it is very hot and stuffy inside the domes. - We were expecting more from the breakfast and dinner, but instead it was self-serviced buffet and no drinks (even water) were included into the dinner price, which was a bit of a shock for us. - We tried to book a balloon flight upfront, but the hotel told us to book on arrival. However on arrival they told me that we should have better booked upfront and the price is already up, which was quite frustrating. - We felt a lack of bedouins hospitality and atmosphere. Everything was for extra charge. There were no organised activities onsite. At least we didn’t spot any.

- Location is great as everywhere in Wadi Rum desert I believe)) - Easy to get by car and park in front of the hotel - Staff at reception was generally helpful, but they used to forget certain things couple of times. - We took a 4 hours Jeep tour and camel ride and we’ve been quite happy with our experience. Especially Jeep tour! - We’ve got a front Martian dome, which had a nice view. Not all domes have similar view though… - Despite domes are quite shabby and ascetic, having a hot water and electricity in desert is amazing! - Shisha was great.

Yhe lobby was very empty so You need to have a mini shop and a souvenir shop , coffee machine to allow the visitors to spend sometime outside their rooms

I enjoyed my visit, the dinner was good but the breakfast was less than it was expected.. You need to have more entertainment to lure people

Stargazing is limited as other properties nearby are visible and fully lit throughout the night. Breakfast wasn't good at all. Dinner was reasonable.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They provide options to ride camels and 4x4s (for a fee of course) which are run by the local Bedouin guides. These experiences were incredible and the Bedouins are very knowledgeable and friendly.

The communal tent was a little soulless. The windows in the tent/cabin were dirty. There was no hot water and very little cold.

We liked: the view, the ambience, the food and the attentiveness of staff.

We had a little trouble communicating at first about the outside activities, language barrier, but in the end, everything was very nice.

The hotel is very pretty, the location and landscapes you can see are unbelievable. The food is good and the staff very friendly. We are on our honeymoon and the place took special care of us.

Zeina Dessert Lodge is perfectly situated and the surrounding views are breath taking! especially if you wake up in time for the sunrise! the camp provides a variety of dessert activities! both our jeep tour guide and night time trek guide were great and very entertaining!

The Chef could have better manners. I had an allergy to nuts and was trying to communicate him this matter so I could now which food and deserts to avoid. He didn't know English which I understand, but his behaviour was as if he didn't care what I was telling him, he was totally indifferent which hit on my nerves. A good Chef do not only have to be good cook (food was very nice), but be good interpersonally with clients, especially in hospitality industry. Finally the reception people came to translate the Chef my question (which food had nuts so I could avoid) and get a reply. The Chef didn't even apologise, that's the only reason I give an 8 not a 10. To be fair, everything else was very good, including all other staff working there.

Very good reception staff, very hospitable people. Very good location. Toilet and bathroom were excellent., better than expected. Nice view for sunrise and sunset.

The bubbles are great but they do smell of plastic and it is quite annoying as you do not get used it. Wi-Fi works only in the reception but this should not be a minus as you are supposed to be here to relax and be isolated and not always hyper connected.

Of the various bubble places in the Wadi Rum, this should certainly be one of the best. Quite isolated from the others, it features the usual bubbles and also standard rooms. Each bubble has its own patio. We booked two bubbles for two days. The only downside is the smell of plastic of the bubble: I thought we would have got quickly used to it but we did not as it is rather strong and you should know it before booking a bubble. The hotel organizes stargazing walks in the night, camel and keep tours. We did all of them and they are a must. All is very relaxing and you will immediately be taken by the atmosphere of the desert - also because the Wi-Fi is fortunately working only in the reception building. Food is good, staff is extremely nice and friendly.

Apart from the various desert activities proposed during the day, there were not many things to do. I would recommend bringing games or cards.

The location was excellent, stunning views and the rooms are very clean, with AC and comfortable ! Very impressed with the kindness of the entire staff.

This place was awesome. The room was a striking design against the backdrop of the rocks and the view from it was breathtaking. It was fun driving into the camp and everything was incredibly comfortable. The beds were extremely comfy and the bathroom was perfect. We loved the tours we had and left feeling that we had a special few days in the desert.

The rooms need updating, cleaning and repairs in places. Over all it was a good stay. Any issues we had the staff immediately attended to.

It was very nice that The hotel sent a staff to meet me at the junction and led the way to the hotel. Hotel also helped to arrange the jeep ride. The boss is very helpful. Free WiFi and hair dryer at the reception.
