I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, making me feel completely at ease. Its prime location made exploring the city a breeze. The staff were incredibly courteous, always ready to assist with a smile. And let's not forget the food – absolutely delicious! A top-notch experience all around!

The breakfast was not incredible. I was given instant coffee instead of "real" coffee, and the food had nothing special. But it was ok. The only thing that was slightly annoying is that upon checking in, the front desk wanted to know exactly at what time I would come down for breakfast, and when I didn't show up at that time in the morning, they came and knocked on my door to tell me it was time, although it was just 9 am.

The room I was assigned had nothing special, but it was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and clean. I had a very large bed with a convenient mosquito net, in addition to a desk, a chair, a small sofa, a closet, a TV and A/C. I was provided with two bottles of cold water and an electric kettle to make tea or instant coffee. The bathroom was very big and clean too. It had liquid soap inside the shower and near the sink. The staff at the front desk was kind and welcoming.

I mailed three times with the hotel about the airport pick up. They were there but with a small car even though we were with seven people and luggage and I told them that three times. So it didn’t fit.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff very helpful. Beds comfortable.

The shower head in my room had a crack in it, so water comes haphazardly out of the top instead of the bottom, making for a difficult shower experience. This is compounded by the drain being very backed up, so you can only shower briefly before stopping. Also someone else's hair was on the bathroom wall. I had no issues with mosquitoes, but the mosquito net does not go all the way around the bed - not sure what the point is.

Air conditioning worked well, which is essential in the Mombasa heat. Staff is also very friendly.

The streets around the hotel don't feel very safe especially at night but I guess this is the same anywhere in Mombasa.

The rooms are comfortable and the hotel feels safe, the staff are very nice, good indian restaurant downstairs. Good value for a few days in Mombasa for a business trip.

No hot water to shower with, no electronic safe in the room. Tuk-tuk or Uber needed.

The staff were polite and attentive, size of the room was decent, bed was clean and comfortable, good selection of food and choices for breakfast from their restaurant. Take my advice, book this place!

Very clean hotel, spacious rooms, good shower, luxurious breakfast and kind employees. I booked an airport transfer with the hotel and the driver was waiting for me, on time, drove very safe. I felt comfortable at all times.

The shuttle service was disorganized, check-in took almost an hour , we almost fell asleep on the waiting area. Breakfast took a while (not a buffet); and check out also took ages since the night manager didn't pass full information to the day shift manager. Not a professional establishment.

The room was clean and the place is in a quite area- good for sleeping/rest . The doorman(Mohammed) was very helpful and pleasant. He helped us with arranging a taxi, and even payed for us from his m-pesa account since we didn't have local currency at the time

The staff is really helpful and sympathic. You feel welcome. The restaurant's food is so good! The room are spacious and well maintained. Nothing fancy just a good comfy and quiet room.

The staff at Armaan exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated the central location of Armaan, and every TukTuk driver will know exactly where you are staying. The breakfast every morning was great and very filling, and the air conditioning in the rooms really made my stay perfect. I really enjoyed my stay at Armaan!
