The rooms are still awesome but need some repairs. Check all toilets to ensure they are clean before assigning rooms to guests.

The Reception I received when I arrived especially as a repeat customer. They have improved how food is cooked and the Manager in charge is exceptional...the one with a grand daughter! Keep up the good work! Only that kindly work on repairs of the rooms off peak period

We did not like we were told there is no change at the restaurant and the machine is not working when we offer to pay by card. We learn to tell them to put the amount of change towards the next drink or meal

TV never worked in the room A2B, told the housekeeper about it and she promised to report and send or suggest someone to fix it as we couldn’t have access to YouTube or any possible apps including Netflix ‘mind you, I had my own Netflix credentials” but the app on the tv never run, no slippers for shower in the room, my room was most left out and forgotten about everything, no proper care, I had to go prompt them at the reception for services about everything “bottle of drinking water in the room, pillow cases, towels and mostly everything. The outside couch in the veranda of A2 building is never, would never be a nice option for evening relaxation in front of the block due to its high height compared to other couches in front of other buildings. Overall the place is worth the money but they absolutely need to improve their room services.

The direct access to the beach, the spectacular ocean view, and the most amazing swimming pool. So many stuffs were amazing especially the young neat man at the reception was very competent and a good listener. Food services for breakfast was great as well.

Everything needs refreshing, staff is trying - garden is great, cleanness is 👍, but everything is just tired! We had two rooms in our villa, wich has three rooms - and i left the purse on the table ( with money) in the living room - and someone stoled it 🤷‍♀️ so security is under average 😢😢

The Diana beach - is very beautiful!!! The hotel is well done, but old - its needs refreshing in everything!!!

Only downside is the restaurant didn't accept cash and you either had to use your card or MPESA - This isn't really an inconvenience if you planned ahead so lesson learnt for next time!!!

The location was perfect just a few steps from the beach with a great view! The restaurant was also well located with an amazing breakfast buffet menu which I highly recommend for all guests. Finally we were surprisingly pleased to find out they have a live band on Sunday afternoon until evening which we were lucky to have attended!

As noted, the rooms and property were a bit dated, but functioned well. The breakfast could be improved. We had a bit of trouble with the booking so we would recommend email as well as requesting in Bookings.com for the room type if you are requesting two twins or a double bed.

The layout of the resort is great. The rooms were a bit dated, but overall clean. The beds were comfortable and the AC in the bedrooms worked great.

The restaurant unfortunately is managed by very unpolite and non professional people, they keep on asking money for the bill even when you're still drinking or eating, and once they told me that it was not possible to have an omelette at 12pm because they serve it only for breakfast ! If you want to enjoy a nice lunch or dinner I recommend going to The Nomads

Room got no smart TV - you guys amazon fire stick convert the tele to smart.

It was enjoyable to spend my time there, staff are helpful and welcoming, facilities fine except room have no smart TV. While there I lost my keys and the lock got replaced immediately without the manager being around. Thats tell you a lot about how smooth the place runs. Looking forward coming again next winter.

Atmosphere and enviroment was outstanding, taking a dipnin the ocean right after breakfast, possinility of Kite Surfing and a lot ofnother activities like water aerobic. Personal was very very friendly and allways helped wherevwr they can, especially Chai, a waiter from the restaurant! Every day variations in breakfast. We was 100% happy and will come again
