While the breakfast offered at the hotel was satisfactory, it didn't quite match the standards set by other aspects of my stay. It was decent but lacked the variety and freshness I had hoped for. For dinner, I decided to try the a la carte pizza. Unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The flavor was lacking, and the overall quality was disappointing. I made sure to provide feedback to the waiters in the hopes that it would be taken constructively for future improvement.

I was pleased with the quality of the rooms. They were comfortable, well-maintained, and provided all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The location of the hotel was also excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions and boasting a beautiful beach just a stone's throw away. Upon arrival, I had a great check-in experience. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made me feel welcome right from the start. It set a positive tone for the rest of my stay.

The place could use some facelifting but all in all it was a great experience of the Kenyan hospitality.

The location is brilliant, there is a beautiful long beach with very fine white sand right in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is not one building but a large piece of land studded with small cottages, palm trees and baobabs (and occasional monkey) which gives it an authentic vibe. Staff is extremely helpful and pleasant.

The food was overpriced. A simple rice curry or a burger was 2500 ksh, which is wild, as the go for 700 ksh at other places.

I recently stayed here and unfortunately, it was not a fair value for the money. From the moment I entered the room, I was greeted by an unwelcome sight - croakroaches everywhere. It was truly appalling and made my entire stay incredibly uncomfortable. Despite paying what I believed to be a reasonable rate for accommodation, the presence of these pests made it impossible to enjoy any aspect of my stay. I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, but their response was lackluster at best. In addition to the inconvenience and disgust caused by the croakroaches, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room left much to be desired.

Loved this little resort by the beach! Amazing pool, super friendly staff, right on the beach! Good sized rooms and felt you were tucked away in paradise. Big shout out to Jacob! We came for Kilifi new year's and this was the perfect chill out spot! Highly recommend

The wifi is sketchy. The security of the room was dodgy as another guest was able to access my room via their key, didn’t bother reporting as it was our final morning. The pool needed a top up it was very low in water. It was difficult to get pool towels so once we got them we kept them the rest of our stay to avoid the hassle. The bar staff need a better system as they had no idea what was ordered once a tab was started and we were overcharged 5k Kenyan shillings which took a long time to resolve.

Location was great, food on the pool deck was lovely especially throughout the Christmas period, air con was nice and quiet, they brought a fridge to the room when requested and the pillows were nice and flat.

There were weevils that caused some sand like dust in the room, which was not so nice to walk on. It also fell in our bed, but they managed that by covering our bed which we greatly appreciated.

On the first day, the room I was given got flooded, the staff moved me to a new & better room immediately. The pool is iconic and the fact that the sea is right there?? Fabulous.

There are no taxi services like Uber, and others are forced to use in-house taxi services, and they are pretty high.

The WiFi is almost not existing. Only around reception it worked reasonable. And as the safaricom network is very bad there too one has to go to the reception area for any kind of communication. If this problem can be solved I will come again if not, sorry. I can imagine that I'm not the only one who suffers with this issue. Thus I would highly recommend the management to install a modern WiFi system in order to avoid loss of clients
