The elevators were spotty at times, but the management team was quick to respond to the concern.

Broadwalk Residency is well-managed and the apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The location of the building is well situated in the center of town, and the convenience of having the small mall and the restaurants in the building was very helpful.

Could have done with a clothes dryer to hang clothes on after washing them

We chose the property as a modern, environment following an 8 day safari. We weren’t disappointed. It was clean and modern and gave us the opportunity to have a wonderful hot shower and have plenty of space for our family. The washing machine was perfect for washing our clothes from our trip. The beds are large and comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. The swimming pool was a fab bonus too. It was also very quiet which is just what we wanted after the wonderful but nosiy experience of hyenas and hippos walking you up each night!

Beautiful Apartment set in an ideal location with great staff and lots of options for food and leisure Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff who were extremely accommodating, so much so that we are already planning our next stay We had an apartment on the 8th floor so the sound from the nightclub didn’t bother us at all as it’s only an issue on the higher floors Luxury heated outdoor swimming pool plus a filled equipped gym with a steam and sauna meant that everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available 🙏🏽

I can't think of anything!

We stayed at Broadwalk twice during our trip to Kenya. Both times, we had wonderful corner rooms with excellent views of the city. The flats are huge, roomy, and furnished with everything we needed. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. There is free parking in the car park below the property, which also houses a mall that includes a supermarket, all of which makes it very convenient. There are a number of restaurants in the mall and also two that are part of the residence. Beds are big and comfy, internet is free and fast, and there is a full kitchen for those who want to make their own meals. We would definitely stay again in Nairobi!

There were not enough slippers and a bathrobe (it's cool in the room).

I was very happy when I checked into my room! He exceeded all my expectations! Incredibly beautiful view!!! The corner window in the bedroom is something incredible! The room was clean, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. It offers a swimming pool and 2 restaurants with delicious food. Thank you!)

The elevator system is non-function at certain points and I could not exit the building via the stairs. This made me late for meetings twice (one time is took me 20 minutes to exit the building because of this).

The hotel is super clean, the rooms are beautiful and large, the bed comfortable, and amenities amazing and the staff wonderful. Not to mention, the food in the restaurants is very good, especially the Indian restaurant on the patio. Also, the wifi is excellent!

The selection for breakfast was not my taste. You need an Uber to get away from or to the residence. So it is not a neighborhood to walk around.

However they need to provide an all inclusive breakfast menu; and I also didnt like that because I paid my security deposit of US$100 using my debit card, I would only get it back after 2 working days. In addition when checking out, I had to wait as they did an inventory check on the room...felt like detention!

Broadwalk Residency is a wonderful place with clean, spacious well furnished rooms. The bed was super comfortable! I would stay again and again! I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised.
