Everything was fine. The amenities were good in the unit and it was fully equipped with all self-catering necessities. It was missing kitchen towels, however, once I notified the staff, the kitchen towels were quickly replaced. The deposit refund process is a bit too long though. I've been back for a week and am still waiting for my damage/breakage deposit to be paid.

It was self catering so I bought my own food. The restaurant onsite does have a good menu. I hosted a few people for a relaxed dinner. They were impressed by the value and the food was tasty.

Capital Emerald in Westlands, Nairobi, is a gem of a property. I wholeheartedly recommend it to travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. My stay here was a memorable highlight of my time in Nairobi. Staff is amazing and very helpful, Stella, Shawn, Evans, Martha and Caroline were truly professional and caring. Very very gentle people. The property is neat and clean and is exactly as described. It is very well located and is in a very good area of Nairobi.

The pool in the property is quite small so if you’re looking to enjoy a longer pool swimming session you may not enjoy it. The gym as well could use some upgrades and additional equipment . Although you do get a great view of the city from the rooftop while working out. They should plan accordingly for back up measures when there’s an internet connection failure, to ensure that guests still get WiFi or perhaps re-accommodate when the internet connection is out for an extended period of time. This was important for me because during my stay I still had some work obligations that required me to have a good internet connection.

I loved the location of this property. It is very close to walkable restaurants, shopping malls , and not far from the main city. The rooms are spacious, very well maintained and equipped with state of the art amenities. The facilities allow you to relax and enjoy your stay. They have a great team that communicates effectively during the length of your stay. The security of the building is great. I loved the bed, and the beddings , and how they have utilized their space with the amenities to provide spacious kitchen area and dining area. It doesn’t feel cluttered with furniture.

Very comfortable, spacious, clean and beautiful. Furnitures are modern and location is very close to shopping malls. Staff are very helpful and proactive. I really enjoy my 10 nights stay at the apartment. Will definitely return and stay again when I'm in Nairobi next time.

I did not like the fact that my bed linen was not change for 2 weeks during my stay.. I was expecting my bed linen and towels to be changed at least after a week. I did not need to phone you for that.

Sadly the on site restaurant was not yet opened during my stay. It was only launch a day before my travel.

Have never heard of "Cleaning Charges" in any apartment. Was informed only at the time of making the payment and was not a part of the final payment shown by Booking.com. Should definitely be removed! Water pressure of the shower could be improved. Should provide one full set of towels for each day of stay. Food menu can have a better selection. Must have Power points at the work desk!

Good quality of interiors and variety of appliances. Great size & layout of entire apartment. WiFi speed was very good. Nice lighting, comfortable bedding. One of the very few places with Arabic Shower!

There are additional hidden costs: when booking on booking.com, the price does not include a cleaning fee. The apartment at first sight looks really nice, however you can tell it has been quickly and cheaply finished. A few facilities are missing, including arriving to no cleaning equipment (no sponges, tea towels, additional bin bags etc). As an apartment with a kitchen, to improve there could also be small things like salt and pepper or small bottle of cooking oil.

Great location and very roomy one-bedroom apartment. Was very nicely styled and good views over the city. Very comfortable location. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I liked the fact that they have triedd to provide breakfast delivery option but the Quality of breakfast offered could be improved--to match the standard of the apartment. Also, guests could be accorded enough basic amenities like soap --to cover their entire stay.

The water from the shower was not always hot, sometimes lukewarm. The apartment was also not as thoroughly cleaned as the last time I was there. There is also a need for basic maintenance for eg the kitchen tap was loose.

Beautifully furnished with a lovely view of Nairobi. Modern kitchen appliances and just a nice and comfortable touch.
