Location not very convenient but not bad, not much availability on food menu. It depends on the time I guess, but still I think it needs a bit of improvement on that.

The menu was limited - just simple Kenyan not the more exotic promised by the menu download. We would have eaten with you every night had the menu been more varied.. The unfinished block paving near the pool is not a good look! Certainly wasn't a Genius breakfast - service was slow and items undercooked.

The apartment was nice. Internet TV was awesome. The pool was great. Staff were generally friendly. Would visit again if the housekeeping and standard of food improved.

Booking.com didn't include 10% tax on their invoice when I reserved the hotel prior to my visit, only to find out on my arrival at the hotel, however in future now I know this and will adjust my budget accordingly. Breakfast was good only that the chef did not prepare neatly done Spanish omelette, it was in pieces. Breakfast should include fruit juice and bacon to the menu. The waiter should be punctual to serve the breakfast during scheduled time.

The room was a clean, spacious studio with modern amenities. I loved the concept of having a kitchenette in a hotel room. The balcony overlooked the breathtaking view of the swimming pool. Shower had good water pressure, bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Tv had netflix and YouTube channels in addition to the local channels. Front office receptionists exhibited impeccable customer service, received me with a smile,carried my bag to my room and ensured i enjoyed my stay. The hotel definitely gave good value for money.

The hotel was clean, and its location convenient to the town and other amenities. The rooms and bathrooms have a modern finishing, water has good pressure, and the pool is clean as well. Rooms can also be cleaned everyday on request. The staff are also friendly and very professional. Highly recommend for a stay.

The food was this one evening was really salty..can happen..but I couldn't eat it. There is building going on..so it can be noisy and the power keeps being interrupted.

The location: you can walk to main road, the rooms are well done with mordern finishes and well maintained. I booked a normal room but was upgraded to an apartment at same price..that was cool 🤗. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful.

Very loud music near the swimming pool. They didn’t think about the people who are staying in the rooms. I was sick and couldn’t sleep in the day time. They even ask for 200 shillings for room service (food). There were small ants on the bed.

1. I was here in early December and it was basically a construction site, so plenty of noise and dirt during the day, lots of construction workers cross-crossing on the stairs. Loud Karooke one night until well past midnight so not a place to go with small kids. 2. The power was also a problem although they do have a backup generator, only sometimes the elevator is out so if you are physically challenged better to stay on the ground floor. 3. Breakfast is very very basic and one of the waiters had a serious attitude that almost ruined my day but was made up by the amazing reception staff and swimming area staff. The menu is also very very limited - most of the stuff was unavailable.

1 This property has a lovely swimming pool and cosy sitting area. Well located close to a supermarket. 2.The rooms are small but well furnished - except the kitchen in my one bed apartment that had only a tiny bar fridge. No kettle or microwave as in the picture on the website. Not even a pan to boil water. 3. The aircon and wifi work great which is truly what you need.

I was generally happy. I can't complaign. Work on completion of the remaining section. It will definitely be a top notch Hotel.
