Water failure on two occasions. Difficult to put the key in the lock at night, as there was no light outside the room door.

I received an email from Booking.com offering an upgrade, and I was willing to pay extra for the four-night stay. However, the upgrade did not happen, and I'm unsure if it was due to a communication issue with Booking.com or an error by the property. When I requested an iron for my clothes, the cleaning staff refused and insisted on doing the ironing themselves, charging over $2.50 per shirt. I felt this was the only drawback of my stay. Additionally, the water pressure was very low at times, and one day we ran out of water due to a fault. Despite these unexpected issues, I decided to overlook them.

My stay at Dream Building Space was memorable. Due to a last-minute change in my tickets, I arrived early in the morning, worried about a late check-in. However, I was allowed to check in immediately at no additional cost. The stay prioritizes the needs, preferences, and well-being of individuals in all activities and decision-making processes, emphasizing human-centricity. Although the breakfast is small, it's sufficient for a quick bite in the morning. The location is just 500 meters from the Village Market. The internet facilities were good, and the amenities were adequate for the price, which I found reasonable considering the proximity to the UN Campus. A highlight of my stay was the presence of a cute duck on the campus. Additionally, there is a Chinese restaurant on-site that offers reasonably priced and tasty Chinese food, which is a great convenience on rainy or lazy days when you don't feel like stepping out.

We arrived in the pouring rain, and they went out of their way to make us comfortable. Faith was incredibly helpful. The guys helped us with everything we needed. Shower was hot and bed was comfortable.

DB Space is at a great location, safe and very clean. The staff are exceptionally friendly, professional and welcoming. The food is awesome and the beverages at Stream Coffee are meticulous and tasty - made with passion. The management were always willing to help in a jiffy. I can highly recommend staying here - it was a very good choice. Edward was super friendly and helpful. He picked me up from the airport in the middle of the night & took me around Nairobi the next day. My room was very clean and the cleaning staff made sure it stayed that way throughout my stay. Very great experience and can only recommend.

There were mosquitoes in the room and since it had no air conditioning, it was a bit warm and therefore blankets cannot be used. Maybe provide at least a fan in the rooms?

The staff were fantastic!! Always ready to assist. The property also allowed me to check in early and check out late. That to me was important…:)

I didn't want my room serviced everyday and I didn't want my towels changed out unless they were on the floor. These are environmental options that I think people appreciate. Also, if the menu had pictures, I think it would be helpful.

Very cool. Easily accessible to village market, UN and several embassies. Beds very comfortable, Regularly cleaned rooms, high speed wi-fi and nice coffee from the barista. The most amazing part of it is their staff, very helpful.

The amenities of the rooms are functional but a bit old. The cleaners can pay more attention to clean up the hidden spaces more, such as behind the toilet seat, the window grills, etc.

They serve speciality coffee and you can enjoy it with voucher that they give us. The Chinese restaurant at the same place was good, especially dumpling. The room we stayed was so clean and organized. I impressed a barista, his professional work and passion for good coffee.
