We just booked this hotel because we had 10 hours between flights. The hotel booked a transfer as you can't walk to it. Just beware: You need an e-visa to Kenya if you want to leave the airport.

I only stayed here because it is a closer to the hotel because i had an early morning flight, otherwise my advise is stay closer to the city. I walk a lot when I stay somewhere but the closest place to walk to is a small mall about a mile away and if a hot day not he most fun. Also a bit odd that most rooms have window to the hallways, not to the outside. You must be diligent about making sure the curtains cover well or you will be in full view of all guests walking by.

Really difficult to find. Our Bolt driver had to call and ask people multiple times to finally find the location (Google Maps did not help much). More friendliness from staff would be a plus. However, nothing really annoying.

Very nice facilities. Food was good. Nice pool, very nice garden. Excellent price. The pool instructor as well as the receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

1) Mosquitos mosquitos mosquitos. Something about the ongoing construction all around and empty lots has generated an exceptional abundance of mosquitoes that can penetrate even an air conditioned room. This ruined my sleep. I saw hotel staff busy delivering cans of bug spray to other rooms. 2) it is truly in the middle of blocks of newly built apartments without any businesses nearby. Incredibly sterile neighborhood. If you don't want to depend on the restaurant that they have you have to bring your own food in advance. It might be hard to get an Uber or other forms of transportation. 3) the rooms have Windows to hallways, which in turn have Windows to the outside. Do not expect a view, but there is natural light coming in in this way.

The room was very spacious and all of the furniture was new and appropriate. Nice comfortable beds and a hot water kettle with tea and coffee etc The hot water worked well and the internet was good. Good A/c. Very safe and secure. I hired an airport transfer from the hotel, and it was 1200 shillings and it was ready on time and punctual and courteous.

The mosquito net is too small for double bed, so it is attached to your skin while sleeping.

The location is close to the airport. You can book the shuttle bus from the hotel for 12 USD one way. The staff is kind and helpful.

The shuttle service form the airport is a lie. Although the title of the hotel mentions that, they only offer it for a few times during the morning and that’s all. Besides that, they don’t provide you any information about it before the stay. I booked expecting to have more info about it through messaging the hotel, but they never replied it to me. So, I got to the airport and had to get a taxi to get to the hotel and back.

We were very satisfied with the staff. We arrived 4am on the night of our stay, and the lady at the reception promptly offered a late checkout for 4pm. That was all we needed to have a decent day in Dubai.
