Nothing to complain really. only suggestion would be a suitcase rack as our suitcase had to ly on the ground.

The location at the beach is wonderful and we liked that it is such a small hotel with only 20 rooms.

1.No door to the washroom. 2.Poor quality soaps. 3.No muslim shower or biddet. 4.Washroom sink design is very bad as the tap is too low. 5.Not a very diverse menu. 6.Breakfast buffet has very limited items. 7.Its La carte except for breakfast even on full board basis which should have been clearly mentioned on the hotel page. 8.No in-house activities available except for a swimming pool which is sad. 9. Pool area is not so clean and gives an old vibe. 10. Pool view rooms are a waste of money. 11. hotel entrance is not grand rather looks like a private residence at first. 12. Reception area is very ordinary and not very grand. Doesnt give a boutique hotel vibe. 13. There is no mini bar just an empty room fridge. 14. not so fun musical nights 15. water provided for drinking in the rooms is not bottled. However it didn’t upset our stomach. 16. Bathroom fixtures and fitting are old and rusted. 17. Spa room is not very impressive. needs renovation.

Most accommodating staff: -Maureen at the restaurant was the best. -Rajab and Phoebe at the reception were the most -helpful and accommodating. -Thomas at the bar did his best to make us feel at home. -Saif made sure that our room was always up to the mark. -Shaban helped us plan our activities so well. Top location. Best beach. Best serving size for meals. Best service.

the usual beach boys, for which the resort is not responsible. indeed, Security do really an outstanding job in preventing them from being too pushy.

All you can dream of when planning your dream beach holiday is fulfilled! the beauty of nature, the resort facilities, caring and smiling staff… it’s all there! We could enjoy the low occupancy which gave a truly familiar feeling to our stay. The restaurant is excellent (my favourite was the Swahili Fish Casserole) not to mention the staff! a special mention to Abdul who taught us how to climb a palm tree. can’t wait to make it there again!

The staff were absolutely wonderful, extremely helpful, polite, and kind and made me feel like I was staying at home. You should be extremely proud of your staff :-)

Nothing!

The location is absolutely idyllic and takes your breath away from the moment you arrive. The layout of the grounds is paced out and at no point do you feel as though you are staying in a busy hotel. Dedicated sunbeds for the duration of your stay. Room very clean and beds really comfy. Wonderful bar food for lunch and THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. All the staff were delightful - especially the reception staff, Menza who looked after our room, and Johnson in the restaurant. The standard of training is clearly high and it showed. The location is great for exploring other restaurants for evening meals via tuk tuk. Our whole stay was just perfect and we would highly recommend for value for money and a wonderful holiay!

It would be good to know in advance which room are you going to get. Some of the seaview rooms are, in my humble opinion, better than others, and I requested a change after seeing the room I was originally given. Some details, especially in the rooms, could be taken care of, i.e., nicer touches. The same applies to the beach: I thought the sunbeds were quite old and since the hotel went through renovation and change of management in the past few years, I expected some higher quality material across the property. The same goes for the room I got in the end: the material used for the roof does not help when it rains, you can hear the rain on the roof and that woke me up twice. Nevertheless, the hotel is a very good value for money.

The hotel is directly on a beautiful stretch of white sand. It is a small property, hence never crowded and quite intimate. Good breakfast! Staff were helpful and corteous, and it is nearby all the nice restaurants in Diani. All in all, good value for money.

A rat came into our room one night, but we chased it out and shut the door.

The staff were excellent. Very happy, polite, friendly and helpful. The tip box in reception was helpful as carrying the correct cash to tip individual service during the day can be difficult.

The location is amazingly beautiful and very beachy which was what we wanted! But what we liked the most was the staff! Very nice people, with a good heart and beautiful smile! It was hard to have to leave ♡ we totally recommend them!

The fridge in our room wasn't working, but thats the only thing we were not happy about.

The cleanliness was on a different level. Very clean rooms, excellent views of the sea, excellent location, super friendly staff, always very willing to assist. Great atmosphere for pets as well. The food was also very tasty.

even when the food was delicious it is very difficult to add an extra ingredients, specially in salads; we asked for the extra ingredients and we had to repeat it for 4 times. still the salad came missing some of the existing ingredients. this happed once more when we ordered the sandwiches, the kitchen forgot to put some of the existing ingredients. this causes some trouble. on the other hand, it is a little confusing the local vendors are always trying to talk to the guests every time you go to the water. it should be enough when we tell the first time we are not interested.

the location is great. just the beachfront and a very beautiful part of the Diani beach. the food was delicious. the staff is weary friendly and ready to solve any issues. the room was perfect.

- the food itself is improvable. not saying that it tastes bad bud but you get what you pay for - there is no door between bedroom and bathroom. can be challenging for a younger relationship 😉

- great location close to the beach. You can perfectly swim right in front of the place. towards the left or right it would be more dofficult - the staff was very engaged, friendly and saw to your needs - very fair prices for drinks and food (beer 2,50€, dinner about 10€ pr less - the room was nicely calm with a perfect air conditiob - no fighting for sunbeds. there are plenty for everyone

Location is very good by the sea with direct access. Nice bar and restaurant with good option for Half board and Full board option (no drinks included even water). Personel is always here to help and friendly. Transport from airstrip well organised (1200ksh)

WiFi is not good in the rooms-- fine for us but if that's important for you, know that it only works well in the restaurant/bar areas.

The beach is just incredible and the location is excellent. We stayed in a pool view room and a sea view and the sea view is 100% worth the extra cost (bigger, more modern, better bathroom, better view or course). But the pool view was also nice, just needs a little love and could use some updates. Every staff we interacted with was friendly, polite, and helpful- we really loved the entire team. Food is also excellent- we loved the octopus salad and seafood platter! Thanks for an excellent 6 nights... we'll be back!

I was told breakfast started at 6:30 but wasn’t ready till after 7. This was only an issue because we were being picked up at 7:20 for a tour.

Everything! The staff was super attentive, the room was lovely, and the view was unbeatable. My favorite thing to do while there was just to sit out on the cushioned bench in front of my room and watch the sea.
