There is no lift however staff try to help guests with luggage. Facilities are a bit old.

Location is good, close to supermarkets, restaurants and main public buildings. Staff is extremely warm and kind.

Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Bedsheets are dirty. Noisy. Photos are not really real to be honest. Much brighter and nicer as the reality. But it was cheap... It's OK for one night stay.

Location was perfect for our safari pick up. Staff were super friendly. Cappuccino is amazing in the restaurant. Good value for money.

Mosque a bit noisy

The toilet was broken. The area around the hotel is a bit noisy. Our room was on the third floor and the hotel did not have an elevator. The room did not have many facilities.

The location of the hotel is very good and there are many good restaurants and shops around it. The Grand Mosque and the main church of the city are located near the hotel. On Sunday, Maasai Market is located a short distance from the hotel. The price of the hotel is much better and cheaper than other hotels in that area. The hotel has a 24-hour reception. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The beds and the beddings which had full of stains, when I paid in Kenya shillings I was over charged, their excuse was because booking. Com takes commission in US$, so I have to pay 1 $ @Shs148/= instead of 1$ @145/= according to exchange rate at the time of my arrival.

The location was beautiful, the food at the restaurant was good and at a fair price.it was clean and the restaurant staff were kind and respectful.

Wi fi a bit flaky but adequate

I changed rooms because the lights weren't working properly, and toilet needed a repair. (Which was done.)

An unexpected bonus is the very good restaurant on the 2nd floor, which is open from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m. every day, and serves fresh healthy food and excellent cappuccino. The menu choices are extensive and appealing. The prices are modest. Friendly service.

On my last day at the Hotel, I had arranged for a taxi to come and pick me up to the Airport. The Taxi was there by 9:30hrs. When the driver of the taxi approached the guy at the reception, gave him my name and room number, he refused that room 211 was occupied by me. He further went on to refuse that there no such a person at that hotel or in their system bearing my name. Thirty minutes later, I walked down to the reception hoping I would find my driver. Fortunately I found him when he was just about to leave. When the guy at the reception was asked, he never even gave an apology. That was shocking! The other thing was the noise coming into my room from outside. The noise was too disturbing and unsettling especially during night when I wanted to sleep.

The breakfast and the people at the restaurant were awesome.

-bathroom wasn't the best,for example wibbling taps or cleanliness -noise from the street in the morning - closeness of the flowers market attrack beggers - area is full of businessmens trying to sell you safari however its better then River Road

+supermarket,atm are near +hot water +nice food in the restaurant + other restaurant are close +mosqito net is big and whole +all widows are facing outdoor space not a wall or kind of chimney + very helpfull staff + comfortable and long bed + comparing to other places there was place to put clothes from the luggage
