We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It is very convenient location to go around mombasa. Very Beautifull Marina and very helping staff. workers were friendly and so professional. The breakfast assortment was very rich and the restaurant view of the lake .

I stayed in a large suite, 3 bedrooms. Ideal for families. Lots of space and very clean with a lovely sea view. It was a very relaxing stay with very comfortable beds. A few reviews complained about the air conditioners and lack of hot water (you do have to leave the water on for a few seconds / 1 minute and then it heats up) but I did not have this issue and neither did my friend who stayed in the room next door. The infinity pool area is beautiful. The food is good quality and nice. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

Abkhazia, GeorgiaI didn’t quite enjoy the breakfast options i feel it could be better & more diverse. The first apartment i stayed had issues with the Ac but they were kind enough to change apartments for us. The 2nd apartment had issues with the bath tub being incapable of holding water which makes it impossible to use. The Fridge in the 2nd apartments was also quite inefficient but I’m glad the reception called in technicians to fix it.
I loved and enjoyed the facilities at the hotel esp the pool & the spa.The views from the pool are breathtaking and I’m so glad i got to watch the sunset from the infinity pool. The rooms are very clean and well tended to. Loved the beddings and the mattress was extremely comfortable . The service is swift & efficient and staff very warm & welcoming. The variety of restaurants also makes it very convenient and caters to all guests preferences. I particularly enjoyed the Alfredo pasta from Arabica restaurant and id highly recommend it.

Sierra LeoneThe view from my room could have been better, but that is what I had booked for initially so my bad. I noticed that other sides of the rooms had nice view of the pool and nearby beach.
Breakfast was great, the staff are exceptional - professional and friendly, making you feel at home. Some even gave tips as to where to visit in the area. Loved the rooms, very clean, cozy and well-equipped. The Spa was wonderful, therapists were truly professional. Nice jacuzzi too.

United KingdomThe smoking rules, they have place where you can smoke but it’s very complicated you have to come in and out from your room even tho you have bal on still you can’t smoke in the balcony it’s very strange. But all in all is very nice place very clean and all staffs are amazing.

United Arab EmiratesLack of commode in the toilets, Some smell emnating from the gutter near the lift may be due to stangnant water. Spare beds need to be strong in case the visiting members are more.
The rooms, the buffet breakfast and sea view were excellent.A really holidy or business place to stay. You need to consider adding commode flush in the room toilets for proper self cleaning. This is a necessity and very important.

United StatesAlthough the hotel was beautiful and was in a jaw dropping location a lot of the amenities didn't work. Both refrigerators in the separate rooms didn't work, the room with the 4 guest AC stopped working, we couldn't get microwave, so we had to keep throwing away food we just got from room service. Wish there was more options with breakfast as well.
The hotel was beautiful, clean and all the staff members were amazing and helpful. We rented 2 hotel rooms since there were 7 of us and they made sure to give us rooms next to each other. The cleaning crew was very nice, gave us anything we needed extra of, and was very easy to approach throughout our stay.

You are not allowed to cook or use even the microwave even though all facilities are present After paying the highest price in the region..there's no value for money.
