There was a wifi problem during our stay , however it might not be something frequent. The hotel is somehow far from the city centre.

The gardens are beautiful, the staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and freshly prepared usually.

Wifi was not always available and wasn't a super strong signal. Quite noisy from traffic and aircraft, was OK to sleep with ear plugs.

My room was very large and spacious (but the other two rooms that were shared by 2 people each in my family were quite a bit smaller, so I guess it depends on what room you get). Staff was friendly and very helpful, even when I arrived after 1am.

It wasn't really that close to the airport. With the new bypass, you could easily stay in town and still reach the airport in about the same time. Also the water was either burning hot or freezing cold, you couldn't get hot and cold water running together. No vegetarian options in the restaurant.

I stayed here as I had a very early flight to catch the next morning. The free airport shuttle was great, very comfortable and reliable driver. The room was simple, but comfortable enough for one night. All the staff were very friendly.

the location meant you couldn’t really leave if you wanted to but there was everything you needed on site bar, food, pool

staff were really friendly and kept my partner company whilst I was delayed. They arranged for someone to pick us up late at night which was really helpful too!

No starters and desserts in the meals. Drinking water in the rooms was little. Poor Wi-fi connection.

It was not a whole meal. Had no juice, no fruits,no cereals, yet it was expensive.

The internet was too intermittent, but that could have been the provider more than the hotel. The staff was quick to respond when there was an issue and they were always polite and helpful. Made our stay more pleasant.

Proximity to the airport is good, but that means planes are flying over. The breakfast was good and our room was comfortable. The staff were well trained and the hotel was managed good.

The only thing of my stay that was a bit disappointing was the restaurant. We got the wrong meal served and been waiting over an hour to get our order taken. The food is not top notch.

Location is good, gardens are nice to spend some time.

Have stayed here many times before due to great and quick access to the airport, great value for money. Staff very helpful and friendly.. nothing too much trouble in these difficult times . Reception staff more than helpful with all asks. Felt relaxed and comfortable at all times . really enjoyed my stay and would most definitely recommend .

I was confused about breakfast. I was expected a buffet, which they have set up. But instead, the first day they just brought us full plates of food, which was not what I wanted to eat, but they just chose for us. 2nd day, they asked us what we wanted and prepared for us. Breakfast was confusing. I didn’t know what to do or expect. You need better communication so the customer knows what to expect. Also, it’s too expensive. The hot water in the showers only work for about 1 minute, and that was in both of our rooms. We mostly took cold showers. A hotel at this price should have properly working hot water.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. The place was clean and well-kept. Service was good.
