The location was perfect , close to the beach and to several shops and restaurants. The accommodation was clean and well equipped. Hope (our host) was always on hand to answer any questions.

This was a special trip for me and it was even made better with an amazing apartment. I really like how they pay attention to the small detail. The communication leading to the stay was perfect and helpful. The cleaning and pool attendants were also kind and helpful. The property is also close proximity to the beach and the shops.

There is nothing wrong with the property, I would stay there again. One thing to note, however, is that the property’s private beach access is just an access point — it is not access to a private lounging area on the beach, but rather you can lay on the beach on the pool towels provided by the property. If you want access to private lounge chairs on the beach, you will need to find a different place.

The property manager was very friendly, responsive, and always available to give advice or try to help set up activities. The place is very spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the water pressure great. It was also great to have a pool to hang out after a beach day. Overall, wonderful experience at an airbnb that is well-located. Only a 10 minute tuck-tuck ride to the airport.

Everything was immaculate. The pool was always clean and the garden was well kept also. Ali, the owner was very helpful, if you wanted something, just ask and he will help. It was very close to the beach and shops.

Very comfortable apartment unit located in a large villa with a total of four separate apartments. The villa is within a gated area and only a few minutes walk to the beach through another secured gate. Ali welcomed us warmly and explained everything we needed to know including about Diani beach sites. Ali had also arranged for a chef who prepared breakfast for us which we had on the terrace. Within walking distance to several restaurants including along the beach and a couple of supermarkets. Otherwise Ubers and Tuktuks available right outside the gate.

The apartment is in a good location, near shopping centers, cafes, the main road, where you will quickly find a tuk-tuk. Located in a closed area, next to a closed street with security guards from the street and from the ocean. A few minutes to the ocean on a beautiful street. The employees are very nice, the apartments are well equipped, everything is thought out to the last detail, the area is small but tidy. Best wishes to host Ali. We were very pleased with his endless helpfulness and concern for us. We felt as if we had come to visit a good friend. All problems were solved very quickly. He works with a travel agency that is very high profile. In the evening, we wrote to the host where we wanted to travel the next day and the car was already waiting for us in the morning. Incredibly fast and smooth, at any time of the day. We have not received a single negative response. His advice was always valuable. We got everything we expected and more. If we ever come to Diani again, we will definitely choose to stay with Ali. I sincerely recommend it to everyone.

There was nothing not to like.

Fiorella Beach House exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and luxurious atmosphere (the king size bed was so comfortable). The kitchen etc was well equipped. The staff and owner were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Loved the private walk through on to the beach, all of 3 mins. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay for a memorable and enjoyable stay at Diani Beach.

The house and grounds are beautifully kept. The house is just off the main beach road, but once you walk through the main gate, it is quiet and you don’t hear the road noise. Very peaceful. The apartment was exceptionally clean, bedroom and living area were large. Netflix available. Internet worked well. Pool was clean and very refreshing

Wow wow wow!! Fiorella was by far the best place we stayed at in Diani Beach. It ticks all the boxes in terms of what you’re looking for in a place: great location, very safe, open-plan set up, amazingly comfortable bed, super clean and modern finishes. We stayed here for 4 nights but we wish we’d stayed here longer. All-round amazing. Special shout out Ali, Hope and Eghwa for their hospitality and warm welcomes!

I loved everything.

Mr. Ali and his team are very friendly. they made us feel comfortable. Property is less than 10 minutes' walk to the beach. Also there are very good restaurants, supermarkets and etc . If you visit Diani, make sure you book this property it's 5 stars 🌟

Great location, great staff, great wifi, great shower. Organized and family atmosphere. We also hired a chef recommended by the house who was very good and brought comfort and ease for us to relax.

Why is Payment by bank transfer only? There was no option to pay using my credit card so I had to arrange a UK Bank transfer. Quality property, but still felt it was overpriced relative to alternative options we checked. We accidentally broke a glass tumbler and apologized for it. Accepting it was our responsibility to offer to pay for the damage, it felt petty to be charged $1.5 when paying $900 for our week's stay. I also feel the $4 Ukunda airport pickup should be included to reflect the quality of the property when staying for a few days at least. House rules limit the provision of toilet rolls to 2 per day (is it necessary to be so specific?), and why is no hair shampoo provided, and why a charge for using the washing machine? These Customer service matters don't match the quality of the property and leaves a poor perception of service. It's a lovely property but the little things can be big things.

Clean, spacious apartment, comfortable, 24 hr security, quality bed and furnishings, fitted kitchen, Netflix included, well maintained pool and small garden area. Appreciated being met on check in and check out by the property management team Ali & Hope.
