Arty and team were fantastic! Super helpful and so kind. Always good to see Pete for breakfast and everyone was very attentive. Right by the beach which was what we wanted and tons of places around. AC was awesome and the room was very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Loved our stay here and we extended it one more day. We liked the calmness of the resort, the food selection of the restaurant, the location (access to the beach), the resort in general, being in nature with the monkeys :), the friendly & helpful staff, and lastly the option to plan several activities.

Flamboyant Diani is a home away from home. I have stayed here 3 times now and can’t recommend it enough. What a special place. You really do feel like this is a home stay. So personal! Angie is wonderful as always. I never have to worry about anything as Angie helps with arranging with all sorts of activities, transfers etc. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. I absolutely love the upstairs suite. Can’t beat the price either. Just great. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was wonderful with reasonable variety, the restaurant meals were also good so no need to go eat elsewhere. my 10 year old enjoyed the pool so much. The beach was so clean and a nice area to swim and sunbeds provided by the hotel. Rooms were clean and the housekeepers always made our beds and cleaned our room every day, also provided clean towels when needed. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be going back to Flamboyant.

We stayed in two rooms - both were great. Though the ones on the upper floor of the main building are my favorite as you have a great view of the sea. The staff was exceptional and we were sad to leave this amazing place in paradise.

Great location just off the beach. Generous and good breakfast ….. restaurant has a pool sea view. The staff were always so cheerful and happy to help. For us it was perfect and loved how our room had its own veranda and looked out onto the gardens ….. lots of peace and quiet too! Comfortable bed, good storage for clothes and suitcases. Always spotlessly clean.

The room (facing East/pool view) only has very thin white curtains, meaning strong light from 6am, impossible to sleep in. Monkeys hanging around the property, occasionally stealing food.

Beautiful property. Great sandy beach for swimming in front of the hotel, and lounging chairs/beds under the trees facing the beach or around the pool. The beach is large and wasn't busy at all when we were there. It wasn't really possible to snorkel. At low tide the water is calm but not clear enough to see anything. You can do a snorkeling trip with a small glass bottom boat / group trip from the hotel to "Robinson island" (just a sand bank), not that impressive and the sea was a bit rough, but it is pleasant and very near. Basic breakfast buffet is included in the rate (the hotel only has a few rooms so you can't expect a large buffet). We paid a bit more for AC and it was certainly worth it. There is a variety of rooms with different features and fair pricing. Possible to refill the water bottes. Helpful staff, generally laid back and casual vibe. The restaurant is always open and has decent food options.

All the staff, food and grounds were amazing! Good security watching the lounge chairs & your belongings when you go down for a swim in the ocean. Lots of chairs and places to sit around the pool, in the garden with ocean view, and down by the beach. Absolutely beautiful property throughout with very attentive and helpful management!

One of the waitress could have more maner. Quite good menu but limited selection. Milk, weetabix, cornflakes, bread and a couple of spreads, but no yoghurt, fruit and juice at the breakfast buffet. Seemed to be a popular place for older men accompanied by young Kenyan girls.

The manager greeted customers at the breakfast, asking if things were OK. General good service and a good atmosphere. Quite and nice location.

The mattresses weren’t great, very very soft so you kind of sunk all the way in.

I’ve been here before and will be back. The property is beautiful, the pool and beach access are great, the rooms are clean and comfortable. I wasn’t feeling well on our last day and the staff went out of their was to accommodate me, it was greatly appreciated.
