Such a fantastic location & wonderful cottages. The breakfast was certainly enough to keep you going all day and the evening meals were fairly priced and superbly cooked. The view from beneath the trees was stunning. The dappled shade from the pepper trees was just right when you’ve had enough sun and the staff were the right amount of attentive. Full marks.

Perfect spot for a holiday trip, especially for those looking for privacy, peace and quiet. Great location, far from the town, private entrance to the beach, which is one of the most beautiful in whole Diani. Delicious breakfast, great personnel. WiFi 10/10 - super wide range and access in the whole property, nevertheless if your spending time at your bungalow, restaurant, pool or the beach. Piece of paradise in this world.

Quite and private with a really nice beach. Food changes every evening and you can usually choose between fish and chicken/beef/pork there was always something I liked. Alot of space in and outside, you really have your space

Two things to note that totally shouldn't be deal-breakers: 1) the road to Galu 723 is quite bumpy. It's not so much of a problem in a car, but you'll really feel it in a tuk-tuk. So if you want a bit more comfort, travel by taxi instead. And 2) our room (Hodari) did not have the most picturesque bathroom and WC. But more importantly, it was functional!

We knew we wanted to stay somewhere in the "Diani Beach" area, and we are SO glad that we stayed in Galu away from the larger resorts. It was peaceful and quiet, and just a really nice place to relax. The property is so lush with a gorgeous garden, rooms are huge, the staff was great (shoutout to Philip and Alice!), and meals were delicious. Another great thing about Galu 723 is that it's so close to Pallet Cafe where we loved eating lunch each day. Would happily recommend Galu 723 to beach-loving friends who want a quiet place to chill out.

There were only one very minor con: there is no staff in the hotel, including reception desk after 9-10 pm. You can find only security guy on the hotel gate during the night.

This is very quite and peaceful place for passive stay. There are only 5 villas, there are very few guests in the hotel. Villas are pretty comfortable and spacious. Each villa has terrace which is so cosy that it is making you to forget about beach and ocean and spend your time lying on the sofa on this terrace. As hotel is relatively far from most of the other hotels and restaurants on the beach, there are much more less "traders" walking on the beach and trying to sell you smth. This is really important and very positive point to mention.

Located right at the most beautiful Beach in Diani, in a gorgeous lush garden. Staff were amazing, Johnny, Joe, Philip, and the manager, made sure we’re pampered at all times. Food was fantastic, one of the better restaurants we’ve checked. All in all, great. We’ll be back.

The property was amazing, we didn’t want anything too touristy. This was perfect, clean and well thought out. We wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The property is further down from Diani beach on Galu beach. So not many guys on the beach trying to sell things.

Amazing location in a quiet area, with a direct access to the beach and a beautiful garden The property manager Ceri did everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. * No room amenities ( slippers, bathrobe & toiletries) * There’s no phone in the room, so you have to go down to the reception or restaurant to order things. * The pool is amazing, but I would suggest to have a few sun beds available by the pool and not only on the beach area. * No drinking water bottles available in the room. They provide you with 2x bottles when you check in, the rest you have to purchase throughout your stay.

The property is tucked between a lot of trees & literally a stone throw away from the beach. The staff were exceptional and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your requests are met. There are only 5 Bungalows which makes this resort very intimate and calm, so if you’re looking to “get away from the world” this is your kind of place.

Lunch service was very slow (1.5hrs waiting for food after ordering). It was a shame there were no sun loungers round the pool.

The staff were all lovely and helpful. The cottages were extremely clean and comfortable. The beach was gorgeous.
