Excellent property in a central location, with exceptional staff. As an example, i was being served breakfast and coffee at early morning hours before my tours to national park etc. Room and bathroom were spacious and had a feeling of a villa. The food was very good for the days I did not want to walk 6 minutes to the mall.

great pick up service from airport, and quiet diplomatic area. convenient for pick up the next day for our tour as was on outskirts of town. ok priced compared to other properties, welcoming despite the late hour

The staff is lovely, the facilities are great, the garden beautiful. beds are very comfortable.

Literally nothing!! Was only there for 1 night but felt like was there for abit more given the service from the staff across the board. Not good with names but from the receptionist to the bell boy/server/assistant/cleaning staff/guard, nothing was short of beyond what I expected.

It was a last minute check-in and they gladly accepted us and went over and beyond to give us a room we preferred upon checking in even though we wanted late check out which they couldnt give for that particular room, but instead of turning us down, they worked out a solution for us and moved us to another room to accommodate the late check-out. Overall impressed, definately coming back if I need a place in NBO next time and yes easily recommendable to friends and family

The only minus is the airport pickup - it said it was included in the price but when I inquired they said 30 dollars and when I booked it suddenly jumped to 60$ (I negotiated to 50 but still far from the 10$ of the Uber we took on the way back) So the communication before the trip almost made me cancel the whole booking…

The staff were amazing! Exceptionally kind and caring. The room was spacious and comfy and the breakfast had plenty selection. We also liked the ambiance - relaxed, quiet and homey.

The staffs is friendly, helpful and attentive. They were very available via email before arriving and prepared dinner for us ahead of time since we had a late arrival. The room was perfect for my family of 3. And we loved the location. Lots of green areas it felt like an oasis.

Gigiri is a very calm and peaceful neighborhood, we only spent one night in the hotel but the room, the staff, the breakfast the facilities (the pool) were just perfect!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. I arrived late and they kindly provided a meal outside of restaurant opening hours. The facilities were excellent and a desk with a monitor was available in the room, which was very useful for work. Highly recommended!

Construction was a bit of a surprise but they immediately moved us to the back cottages to ensure that there was no noise. Pool was cold and spa was too hot so really couldn't enjoy them fully.

Catherine at the front desk helped in every imaginable way. All of the staff was wonderful! Take the time to eat here as well. The food is delicious and well priced. We had both breakfast and dinner. Decor was uplifting, grounds and gardens lovely. It is a very safe place to stay in the Embassy district, close to Karura Forest for an enjoyable hike. Great place to rest after a safari...I recommend it wholeheartedly.
