Nairobi noise with broken windows

Our windows were to the street and it was really noisy.

Prise was super cool. Breakfast basic but good.

- There was a lot of noise in the room from the bus station behind the hotel and from the nightclub below the hotel. - A room with a lot of problems: the toilet chain didn't work, I had to ask them to adjust the window because of the noise it made from the wind and there was only one plug in the room that was occupied by the fridge that I couldn't use. - The shower did not have much pressure and the water was directed at the wall.

- The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times. - The breakfast is very complete and good.

They didn't come to the Airport as discussed. I have to take another taxi. The first night was a nightmare, there is a club nearby that makes a lot of noise. Thanks to the staff they changed my room.

The place is in the central and nearby any facilities required.

Room is small but for one person ok. The whole area is noisy (not only this hotel) because of public transport down on the street. Maybe soundproof windows but then, of course, the price will go up. But for me it was fine. If you are looking for a budget option in CBD that's a very good option.

Good location in CBD. The main reason I booked this hotel was location (it's very close to Kencom/International House from where tours from local tour operators start) and the price. The hotel was better than expected, even breakfast was good for this price. I might be back another time. Opposite there's a supermarket (Quickmart).

Level of cleanliness:as a matter of fact it is worst place i ever stayed:toilet does not have cover,hot water works sporadically and sorry but its full of insects(big cockroaches,mosquitos,bugs) ,so i precipitated to move out to another place... Frustrating...

The hotel has some not-so-good reviews but - honestly - what do people expect for this price?! I liked everything - very good value for money.

i didn't find the room comfortable and the shower and toilet were in 1 and toilet didn't even have a seat couldn't put my clothes anywhere it was a pain to get an uber or taxi there

Staff were rude upon checking. Didn't believe my prepayment on Booking.com and only accepted my proof when they saw my payment value. Apparently, booing reference and confirmation mean nothing. The room itself had windows that didn't shut. The toilet and shower were in the room, divided by a "wall". But the sewage smell, however fair, was there. The bus terminal outside got louder at night to thr point where it sounded like a party. And the lack of real curtains meant the outdoor flood lights made sure the room was illuminated all night. No darkness here. Don't stay. Though central, the neighbourhood is really really sketchy. And the hot water... Even with a boiler is only luke warm. Better stay in a better neighbourhood and spend some extra time and cash.

There is a pub/disco on the first floor and the square on the other side. You have to consider that you will find A LOT OF NOISE and NO HOT WATER

Not the greatest quality place, but excellent value and nothing wrong with it, in the heart of town (which is good location but noisy).

Staff were helpful and friendly - opened breakfast early so we could get to airport in time.

Impolite, unhelpful staff, bar/club downstairs, couldn't sleep because of loud music, drunkers fights in the club, men walking from door to door trying to get inside, probably thiefs, no security in the entire building, itchy bed sheets, shower above toilet, no place to move under the shower, very weak locks in door, no credit cards accepted, bad neighbourhood, don't go out at night.
