The bathroom shower cheap quality and water came out all over the place and was either too hot or too cold.

I liked the value for money and communication with the owner of the property. They were very attentive and flexible. He was very honest. The decor was pretty and the area was calm but very central, not too far from supermarket. Has a washing machine, a balcony and a place at the top to dry out clothing.

Check in process needed more details and speedier communication from host. Needs a dining table. Not enough plates and bowls for 6.

Check-In was extremely easy. Jerry (Our Host) gave us excellent directions as well as directing us aptly to the local sights and sounds. He also checked in on us from time to time just to see if we were comfortable and if there was anything he could do for us. The interior design was tasteful and elegant, the location is serene and quiet. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nairobi.

Place was lovely and clean with comfortable bedding. It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator and microwave. The house also has a washing machine. Location is lovely with malls within 10 mins of car drive.

Amazing apartment with the most beautiful art making you feel like you just stepped into a gallery. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. As for the balcony the sunset was beyond beautiful, I would highly recommend this apartment. Lastly the host is connected to a hotel in Maasai Mara where he additionally gave us good prices for the hotel there. 10/10

- Location could be closer to the center, but it is easy to get Bolt or Uber - I would appreciate to have some shower gel in the showers

The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything you might need. It is easy to check in and check out 24/7. Jerome is an extremely helpful host, and answered all the stupid questions I might have :)

Nothing, everything was great.

Beautifully decorated, Stunning view as soon as you walk in, it was around Sunset when we arrived and we walked in to views of the sun going down from the balcony. The house is comfortably furnished with enough seating for everyone, and plenty of kitchen space too. Beds were also comfortable,and Jerry was on hand to help with check in and some questions we had about the area and eating out. Location is very central,so close to a Mall and shopping and eating out spots too. Taxi's and ubers were available to us , and the area is peaceful for a good rest. Overall we are extremely satisfied and will be back again.

Had issues with mosquitoes that were partially solved by mosquito mats. Jerome has committed to installing mosquito nets, which I'm sure will be done in no time as well.

The apartment is neat and clean. The owner, Jerome, is fantastic. Living area is very comfortable and chill. Location is in a gated community with good security and food places are 5 to 10 mins walk away. We requested a fan and bidet for the second day, and we got them both! 😁😁 Also planned and fixed us a well priced Masai mara tour in like 30 mins. 🫡

we wish we had more time to stay longer

We loved the location and proximity to all major malls and restaurants, the property's security and the neighbourhood's serenity. The views are amazing with uninterrupted evening sunsets, the property overlooks the leafy green suburbs and we loved waking up to the sounds of birds. What made our stay more delightful was the Host Mr Jerry, who was very responsive and communicated round the clock to ensure all our needs were met, Mr Jerry even when out of his way to take us for a tour of the Nairobi national park and helped us in booking a Safari to Maasai Mara. I highly recommend this property to anyone with a family or small group of friends. My family and I will definitely be booking again any time we are back in Nairobi.

Nothing major to complain about.

The accommodation is in an excellent location to everything. It's quiet and the guards within the compound are amazing. I cannot talk highly of Jerome who is the manager of this property. He communicates all the time and ensures that your stay meet your expectations. We required a toaster and he never hesitated to provide us with one. Few things needs fixing and Jarome took the feedback positively. A great place to stay in and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks Jarome for making our stay comfortable.
