WiFi was not stable

Everything was top notch....we stayed on the 8th floor....the beach view was magnificent from the sun rise to sun set. The facility is very nice with all necessary amenities. We enjoyed the pool till late and staff were all very professional and friendly. The only area for improvement I would recommend is reliable WiFi . Will definately go back

Food was very good and freshly made, but on occasions it meant quite a long wait. We had breakfast included, but only one choice from the breakfast menu was allowed and if you had an additional item you ended paying for the most expensive item.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities. Very good choice of food and drink. Good location. We also enjoyed the snorkeling trip to the marine park organised by the hotel on one of their boats. Our room was in a good location slightly away from the hubub of the pool.

The breakfast was lacking, but very convenient having a 24/7 room service.

The 4 bedroom apartments are awesome! So spacious and enjoyable, overlooking the ocean from the balcony. Really good for a large family or 2 families staying together. No noise as other reviews have said, as the sea view apartments are behind the main hotel. The pool area was lovely too, and their fresh juices are to die for! Beach is not too busy and not many hawkers. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Car park kept changing and remote controls were missing for air condition units and fans.

Spacious and good cleaning services, although I booked for sea view I wasn’t given on check in. It was offered few days later. Susan from the reception was extremely helpful and very professional.

There were speakers for rent, so in the evening the place becomes quite noisy in the restaurant and bar area. Impossible to have a nice walk on the beach without being stopped by vendors.

The House keeping needs to do a thorough job when cleaning so that the rooms can have the smell of freshness

The location is great, thought a little far from the centre, food is also somewhat expensive.

Phone calls went unanswered making it difficult to order room service, yet at check in they told us room service was included. Other than that everything else was good.

The nightlife was loud, people were so drunk we couldn’t enjoy the pool side. The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. The towels were so old

Some small problems when we arrived - there was no info on the wifi - no one could tell us how the TV worked - the air conditioning in my room just shut down on the last day Also the resort does NOT serve alcohol - you can bring your own in to drink but it needs to be more clear and upfront that none of the bars/restaurants serve alcohol

Location was fantastic. Very close to the beach which was amazing. Staff very friendly. We stayed in the apartments opposite the main complex so it was much quieter there and a 1min walk to the beach and main resort/

They give out their property for weddings so it kind of blocked the pool view. Breakfast can be improved on.

The service if you order a drink or even breakfast you will be waiting for very long time. If you also travel for a relaxing holiday you can forget it. The hotels becomes a outside nightclub for locals and other tourists staying at nearby hotels. You would be dining at a table with your partner or family and the hotel rents out Bluetooth mega speakers for £5 a day therefore someone will rent it and blast music next to you. Why rent out speakers? You will hear 15 different types of music at the same time. Why isn’t there loungers on the beach? Why rent out mega speakers? Why hire staff that are incompetent, pretend to be deaf and gossip with their fellow colleagues while they know you have ordered. It doesn’t take 25mins to get a bottle of coke from the fridge.

The water pump is really loud and squeaky and runs all night which gets very annoying when trying to sleep.

Great location and really large apartment perfect for two families. Ability to use the hotel facilities and access to the brave was perfect. The website doesn’t do the place justice.
