The water in the bathrooms n swimming pool is a bit salty given that its near the ocean so i guess that's inevitable. and the wifi was a bit weak in the rooms but was better on my last night stay.

the staff were very accommodating and caring. The breakfast is very sufficient and good and served on time. the rooms are well airconditioned and comfortable.

Bathrooms were run-down & needed more regular maintainance eg broken taps, leaking sinks. Kahama is close to a nightclub which played loud music till the small hours at the weekend.

We spent around 8 nights over Christmas/New Year. The staff were amazing & really went out of their way to look after us. Good variety of options at the buffet breakfast. Large rooms with lovely African decor. Very comfortable beds. Rooms had both fans and A/C. Great location in North coast. Short walk to the beach. Shopping centres & some restaurants are close by. Good value for money.

The bathrooms in the flat are poorly designed Had issue with the AC and fridge Kitchen equipment is extremely limited Food at the restaurant on the same compound was disappointing, but there are excellent choices outside.

Bathrooms could get a makeover as it floods from the shower and the toilet Seat is a wobbly cheapy. Maybe it requires skilled workmenship and not just jua kali jobs. Fridge was leaking water as well. .

Location was not bad, but not great either. You had to take a little walk to get to the beach. Wifi worked at times quite well, but occasionally there was not wifi or the connection was poor.

The location is a little bit behind but you have a least a little garden outside the window but you have to walk some hounded meters to the beach but that was not a big problem

There are a few small things that would make this hotel even better: a washing line for clothes to dry in tje bathroom, a nice coffee/espresso machine in the restaurant for a real good cappuccino (although the coffee is already much better than in most places at Bamburi beach!) fresh juices at breakfast.

The staff were amazing. The african art in the hotel is great. The bed one of the most comfortable that I have seen in Kenya. The room is spacious, hot water, nice water pressure. Nice breakfast. Large pool with nice relaxing areas.

I was alone, and the employees kept disturbing me. Also, it said on the company site that the hotel was located at the beach, which was why I chose this hotel. This was not the case, I had to walk for five minutes through a dark alley to get to the beach.

The breakfast was great and the employees were friendly.
