The shower was warm but only gave a dribble of water.

The receptionist helped me arrange a transfer from the airport late in the evening when the taxi I had booked let me down. It was easy to walk into the CBD and to the National Museum from the hotel. Strong WiFi. Dinners in the restaurant were delicious.

Room was clean, Hot water and decent water pressure, there was a small fridge in the room (handy in hot country). One member of staff at reception was very helpful and friendly. Early check-in is a bonus.

Close to bus station/CBD. Good Staff. Old but good and clean hotel. They clean everyday my room. Spacious room. Towels are provided. Very comfy bed. Definetly will stay again in case I’ll be back in Nairobi.

There wasn't hot water in the shower even after 20 minutes.

I could have ordered a taxi through the hotel to pick me up at the airport, but I decided against because I didn't know how long clearing Customs would take. I lie that the floor of the room was tile instead of carpet. The metal bedframe was good. The food was pretty good. The staff was nice.

Don eat in local restaurant: they completely dont know how to cook. Tasteless coffee, tasteless omelet for same price you can eat in downtoun beautiful Java House. Or you can go to lacal restaurants and eat for half of price tasty breakfast.

Location is 15 minits walk to downtown. Comfy bed. Hot water. All you need for short stay. Good value for money.

I was charged full price for having stayed 4 more hours after the check-out time since i had a bus leaving in the afternoon. Wish they have better rates for long check-out

Service was just on point and every request was attended to immediately, the rooms were quiet and comfortable and the staff were nice and friendly

No hot water in the room, Ironing services are not indicated on the site that they are to be booked prior to booking. I found out when it was too late and had to show up to an appointment with a creased suit the following day. Apparently, the ironing box was locked in an office.

It's a good location, friendly staff, clean rooms and great general environment. Great place.

The WIFI is often broken, we rarely eat there, as the food isn't good value.

There was no telephone to connect to the reception. The knobs for the shower were loose. The socket is far from the bed. Drinking water was not provided in the room.

It was a nice stay . Room price were value for money. Restorent services were disappointing, despite being expensive they took too much time to serve orders. It's just wastage of time to waiting for food.

Nothing really - some of the bathrooms didn’t have curtains over the windows but the road outside is so busy that no one would have a chance to see you. The road is busy but it never bothered me in the rooms I had.

I stayed here on and off (as was using Nairobi as a base in Kenya) over a couple of weeks. The hotel is amazing value and has a good and cheap restaurant / bar meaning you don’t have to walk outside at night. It is gated and has a security guard all the time so is very safe. Staff and check in was functional and nice people working in the restaurant too. Location is good and whilst you can walk to the CBD, I just took Uber’s to ensure safety and they are very cheap. Wi-Fi was good as well. All beds had mosquito nets
