I am fairly flexible if my concerns can be addressed. So there was not anything I did not really dislike. Some discomforts are part of the experience of being someplace new.

Claire the manager was excellent in resolving any issues encountered. The internet was the best I have seen during my weeks here in Nairobi. You can actually deploy a vpn to check on your things back home. And there is a hot water heater that supplies hot water through out the apartment. Fantastic!!!!! There is also a club/restaurant just across the street. While I was there, the band was sounding pretty good. And it was not so loud that it disturbed you. Close to Westgate and Sarit Mall (Uber fare fairly low for the trip). Security very helpful and friendly.

There was nothing for cleaning in the kitchen after eating. When coming from out of town there should be everything for at least a couple days until people can find where to shop and get things. They do have daily housekeeping who can clean but it’s nice to be able to clean up after yourself since it is a fully furnished apartment. They were very accommodating and brought what we needed.

The staff were very friendly. The apartment very nice, spacious and comfortable beds. The kitchen is very large and has the basics for preparing food in. It was safe and secure.

The kitchen was not effective. It had utensils but lacked functionality. Pots were not that good . They require modernisation to a product that is not easy to stain. There was no drinking water in the apartment, I especially arrived late at night. I forgot my toothbrush, and there was no spare available in the apartment. The water pressure in the shower was disappointing. The tap on the small sink needed repair was loose. The shower did not improve even after reporting the issue. The broadband was extremely poor. I only had broadband for a limited time period during my stay. It could help to air the apartments when they are not occupied. The apartment I was in had a musty smell, which took time to disappear. The bathroom would benefit from mould spray from time to time and drain cleaner. The apartment lacked a dressing mirror. This for me was downside. For this, I would give the apartment an over all of 6

The security was outstanding, the security staff were respectful and professional. The housekeeping lady was professional and respectful too. I would stay here again. I felt safe.

There’s a disco club next to the apartments & rather unfortunate as it’s messing KenGen clients. I hope with the new barn of no clubs in residential areas, this madness is over

Few elements in disrepair such as the kitchen tap coffee pot a few sockets hanging off

Very friendly and helpful staff. I arrived in the morning asking for an early check-in and the security guard was helping in setting me up and getting my room as the reception person was off. Clean place, with very open nice views. Good internet! Great location close to the city center!

Again, the restaurant in front is so loud, almost hard to believe... ! The second appartment I got was less furnished than the first : no lamp for example and the shower was really low, not possible to wash your hair except if your hair are really short. It was the A51, I would then recommend the A53.

It is a nice place with a nice bed. The bathroom is okay and plently of space. The gym and sauna are great. Not the Hamam which needed a deed deep clean. The restaurant is also good.

The club/restaurant. Across street plays very very loud music every other day, even till.4 am.. Didnt receive room i booked. And had to change tooms 3.times cause of the music. Almost no guests stay in front 2 buildings. Several guests left after arriving. Shows little.respect for neighbors. Also tries charging guests double. Have to rely on security guards.after 5pm. Even though properry says it's open 24 hrs. No one greets you otnshows you the property. Was charged an extra for arriving 4 hrs early. After being told it was ok and someone would meet me.

Changing rooms was easy. The staff is really nice overall. Spaciois apartments. Well furnished and nice kitchen with most all your needs.

There was a problem with check-in. I wrote the time of our arrival and they confirmed but the security wasn't informed. They asked for room number which we didn't know so they didn't let us in even we gave booking confirmation. We had to wait outside and contact the administration ourselves. We finally get a room, but it shouldn't look like this. A lot of stress at night after a long journey.

The apartment was spacious with all you may need. Even additional towels in wardrobe. Place is safe and well maintained. Cleaning and even laundry every day. Nice balcony with view. Good WiFi. We use the gym - was OK. We were only four nights but it's nice even for longer stays.

We noticed lots of mosquitoes, there is also no air conditioning or fans.. which makes for a hot night..

The apartment was spacious, beds are comfortable, kitchen is massive and gym/pool were really modern. The on-site restaurant had some cheaper options if you want to stay in and there is tons around the apartment to walk to.

Check out time is too early. Should be extended to afternoon. House keeping starts too early and so guests are woken up early for house keeping. This should be starting at least after 10.00 am.
