No hairdryer in the room, the room cleaning was not finished yet when I checked in - got a room in half-cleaned state (that was later finished promptly). The neighbourhood is quite local and rough so might not be everyone's taste but it has good access both to the airport and to the city centre.

Quite new and nice building, secure, nice breakfast with a view, polite staff, quiet.

Very helpful staff especially as we arrived late and left early, we were accomodated for everything including late checkin, breakfast to go, etc. The room and facilities were clean and functional. The hotel is close by the airport and the Nairobi National Park and not far from the city center so it's easy to get around. Great stay!

the noice from the outside is so clear inside the rooms especially when other guests bang the doors. they need to fix the doors so they do not make such loud noises when the close.

Location is bit away in an isolated area. TV setup channel DISHTV never worked. Always had issues.

The bathroom has a sliding door that makes a horrible screeching sound. The bathroom floor was a bit hairy. Probably not been swept properly after the last guest.

Modern feel to the rooms. Very comfortable and peaceful. The bed was especially comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and attentive. Will certainly return to this hotel.

A little more attention to detail by way of thorough inspection of the plumbing in the bathroom would have made the experience that much better.

Breakfast was good and the variety was also good. The staff was very pleasant. The same could not have been said for the Manager. Her arrogance nearly allowed her to have a very unpleasant encounter with me.

I stayed for a few nights and on a couple, people were quite loud as they passed my room in the corridor overnight but it didn't last long and is no fault of the hotel.

Comfortable clean room with air con, small fridge and tea/coffee. Tasty varied breakfast. Restaurant/bar that serves food throughout the day. Good WiFi. Close to Wilson airport.

we just stayed 5 hours at this hotel on a layover and they changed full price of 72 dollars, which many hotels would have given a discount. don’t take their airport shuttle services, it’s a rip off of 30 dollars when you can get there easily by ubber for 7.

it’s close to the airport, 20 min away which was convenient for a transit flight. close enough to the city center to go grab dinner at a nice restaurant. very comfortable and quiet room, good shower pressure and hot water. OK breakfast and nice staff

Thin walls and noisy Americans, the least travelled people usually are the most inconsiderate to others. Nothing with hotel but less thin walls would help

Considering the short distance to the airport I did not find the quoted rate for shuttle service reasonable and made my personal arrangements (and paid half!).

Comfy beds, good shower and decent breakfast with nice views and all of that for a very reasonable prize. Chose this location for a transit stay due to relative proximity to airport. Would also be an interesting location for city safaris. Staff was nice and late check in/ early check out went smoothly.
