We had a room looking into a concrete lightwell or service area which was horrible. The blinds were shut so we didn't have to look at it. We also only stayed for the night, arriving late and leaving early, but this would have been disappointing if we had been using the room for any length of time.

The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a drink in the roof top bar on arrival which was very pleasant and breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

The parking was adequate and proved secure, but more space at the South C hotel would be appreciated. The front desk was helpful if not a little slow and I did not receive my ETR as promised on the night, but did receive it in the morning.

Hotel as a whole needs some upgrading, but still ok, applies to rooms too. Location not safe at night, even though within walking distance of shopping areas. Although good variety breakfast, if you're a late eater, got to ask for replenishment.

Friendly and responsive staff - room was changed after concerns were raised. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast had good variety and location good - close to major malls, within walking distance.

We ask for certain things to the stuff and they couldn't provide it. Like cable adapter or luggage weighing. It felt they were unprepared. In the day seems like a good location but in the night was a bit unsafe.

The hotel is well maintained and highly secure. The room was big and comfortable, the bathroom as well. Very comfy bed and enough space for two. Big windows with nice light and great AC. Was a good experience.

Poor lighting in the room and bathroom very dim, light over the morrior in the bathroom also wasn't working making it difficult to shave etc. Asked for an iron which took ages and it wasn't a steam iron either. Compared to previous visits, the premises is slowly starting to look old. Stains in the sinks, bathroom shower areas etc

The lighting of the room is really low and cold. Location in a somewhat isolated street. The shower head was totally dysfunctional.

Breakfast did not have non dairy milks and decaf coffee, we would get a call at 9.15 to ask if we were going to get breakfast (which closed at 10)

The curtains need upgrade/to be fixed (hanging loosely in both rooms- letting light in A part from the front desk person who received us during check in at night (the gentleman who served us cheerfully), the rest of the staff at the front desk were gloomy (not pleasant/not cheerful) Neither was the staff at the front desk during our check out. They could work on being more cheerful to guests. There was no one also to help us bring in our luggage. I had to struggle to bring in the luggage from the car alone ( i had several cos we were family and I had to make several trips).
