Whenever there was a power outage, the gas cooker would not work. Once in a while the water was dirty (brown and muddy)

The apartment itself is beautiful, it is well maintained, well equipped and spacious. The building is safe, there is security 24h. The area is quiet and commodities are nearby. It is ideal for a family if you plan to stay a few days in Nairobi.

I's not easy to get assistance. Being a hotelier, the customer service needs improvement. No facilities, you have to pay extra to access the pool and gym. Restaurant serves only vegetarian meals Will help if they could provide a fan at least in one bedroom, it was very, very hot..fan was only in the sitting area and no air conditioner

It had a broken washing machine that was known before we arrived so this although managed by the use of another machine it did take time

One of the best experiences I've had in Kenya. Felt like home away from home. The privacy, the views of Nairobi from the 13th floor, the staff, the security.......Everything was exceptional and I will strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a short stay in Nairobi. The house was well insulated from both the noise and temperatures outside. The management is also very understanding, good at communication and ready to listen to you in case of any queries and requests you may have.

We could use more kitchen appliances and there is only 4 seats at the dining table in an apartment of 3 bedrooms. That could be improved.

The Wi-Fi was not great - often would disconnect. There also seemed to be a DJ close by so every night which means that it was quite noisy.

The place is just as it is in the pictures. Really spacious and clean. The housekeeping service was lovely too. Plus the staff were super attentive and accommodating

A few issues arose in the beginning (provided WiFi password was incorrect and no hangers or kitchen refuse receptacle) but was promptly sorted by the hosts.

Perfectly situated off of Nairobi Expressway and within walking distance to lovely shops and restaurants. Gym is superb on top floor as well as vegetarian restaurant (great curries!). Hosts were very responsive when issues arose and very satisfied with the stay. Would highly recommend for those looking for a convenient, luxurious and well-appointed place to stay!

We did not like that the host was not available to check us in on the first day and provide the rules of the use of the apartment. We realised on day 2 of our stay that the host would carry out an inventory on every single kitchen item but we did not have ample knowledge to make photographic proof of these items on day 1. In addition, we booked two apartments and they were both different in sizes even though they cost the same. One had a much larger living room and bedroom. The bidet in one of the toilets in one of the apartment was also not fully functional.

We liked that the building reception was readily accessible, and we easily retrieved the keys from the reception desk. The building is secure (CCTV and security guards), modern elevators, beautiful views from the apartment and state of art facilities (furniture, kitchen, AV & laundry equipment) and WiFi. The apartments were also well designed and well lit because of the large windows.
