Some equipment (i.e. taps/shower in bathroom) is weary. That one is not about appartment, but about organization of beach entrance. Almost whole beach line is occupied by resorts which block free entry to the beach. There are few spots you can pass through, but they are not easy to find, not well lit at night, crowded with "helpers" and "beggars". Beach itself may become quite dirty after high tide because a lot of plastic/bio waste comes with it.

The major value contributor for that appartment is host. Isabel made everything so I could enjoy my stay. Communication is smooth and easy. Appartment is located within monitored and safe zone with pool and spacious parking area. There are nice restaurants and supermarket in 5-7 min walking distance Each room has airco and ceiling-fan which helps a loooot to survive through african heat

The property was superb value for money. Only a few minutes walk to shops, bars and market stalls, and tuk tuks were readily available. Ideal location. The apartment was massive, plenty of room and well kept rooms cleaned daily or when requested at our convenience. Good size swimming pool cleaned every morning. Very peaceful settings with nicely kept grounds. All the Staff were superb, polite and courteous, and words cannot say enough for our very thoughtful host Isabel, nothing was to much for her to keep us happy. She and her staff were very welcoming and it was home from home. Recommend 100%!!!! 👍

The only thing I would change is the sunbeds by the pool.

Basically everything. Isabel who is the manager is absolutley amazing. She made sure that we had everything we needed and always made sure that we came home safe. Isabel is your go to person when you need tips on what to do and where to go in Diani. The staff is amazing, thank you Farida and Helen for everything. We will def come back.

Actually nothing ,everything was great .....there is no perfect place but I guess this was close to perfection.

First of all ,isabel was the best host I ever met ,second of all the apartments was exactly how it is in the internet, let's talk about the hospitality ,the apartments was clean and everyday we had people to clean and change sheets ....security top notch and very pocket friendly .I had an amazing time in diani thanks to leomilo holidays and Isabel I would really recommend anyone who wants to stay to choose it . This place is honestly underrated.What you see is exactly what you get. The staff Caro and Mwende were amazing and we're always prompt to our requests . The place is really quiet and peaceful for sleeping through the night and morning. Amazing amazing facilities. The beach is close by and really private too. The host organised tours around diani for us too and recommended the best places to visit according to our budget Highly highly recommended.

They met us at the parking during drop-off and assisted us with our luggage. They proceeded to give us an extensive house tour showing us where all the amenities were and how to use them. They were so kind and exceedingly professional.

The place is beautiful and super clean. We especially loved being in the clean, nicely maintained swimming pool. There are four balconies so there was privacy for everyone. The Air Conditioning is in all rooms including the living room and worked really well especially as it was a hot season. It's a spacious modern apartment with all amenities and even free drinking water in the dispenser. The staff was very helpful and Isabel a very gracious host. The location is great. Walking distance to the beautiful, swimmable beach. There's very good security and large parking space which was important for us. This place is highly recommended. I'll be back!

I recently stayed at the property and had an amazing experience. The accommodation was fantastic, with spacious and beautifully decorated rooms that made me feel right at home. What really stood out to me, though, was the location. Situated just a stone's throw away from the beach, I was able to enjoy long walks on the sand and take in the beautiful ocean views. Additionally, there were plenty of great restaurants and other amenities within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore the surrounding area. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in a beautiful location."
