We never met our host in person, which is not really a problem, since communication was excellent. If it's your first time in Nairobi/Kenya/Afrika (like us) though and you have many questions, then that's something to consider.

Wonderful place very close to the center. We had no trouble from mosquitos and a pleasant stay. Susan was very helpful and provided everything we needed. We felt safe and at home.

The way of payment was a little annoying, make sure you have the right amount in cash as no other way was possible at the time of our stay.

the electricity is not reliable as well as the wifi

very nice apartment in good location. this apartment has no mosquitoes! there is some non stop shining special bulb to repel mosquitoes. while other apartments in the same location have plenty of mosquitoes.

Very noisy building. neighbours with a thin wall between you playing loud music until long after midnight. for us okay but if you are looking for something quiet this is not the place.

location is great, safe (but don’t go walking around when it’s dark). for the price this is good.

The water output of the shower is not big enough. It is a slight pity that the water is not very hot. It’s cold on Sptember.

Super and amazing!! The sparrow may be small, but really fully-equipped. I like so much this appartement. Each taxi/Uber driver know here and it’s easy to call the taxi.

The oven was broken. The bathroom was a little smelly.

A better system of payment for international travelers. Apparently it's easy to use the local mtehod of payment, Mpesa, if you are registered. Wasn't too much of an issue to draw cash from the atm, though.

Susan organised my taxi from the airport very late in the evening and met me at the apartment and helped me settle in. She was very helpful and accommodating with my requests. Most of the facilities available in a bachelor flat.

The arrival process with the local guards at the property is chaotic and disorganized. Could be a little smoother.

The amenities and furnishings we're up to date, well maintained and the check in and check out process was seamless and simple. The hostess was an absolute treasure and allowed me to enjoy the accomodations offering recommendations in local eateries and attractions. Staying at this property will uplift your stay in Nairobi.

It wasn't very clean (especially the bathroom) and there were some cockroaches.

The apartment was really comfortable, had a nice bed, a nice view and the location was very nice. The host was also very nice and very helpful.

The room needs to be cleaned and windows need insect net. The curtains and beddings need washing. There was an unpleasant smell in the apartment. As a solo traveller who doesn't cook: It is relatively an expensive place as for almost the same price you can get a room in a 4-star hotel in Nairobi.

Susan is a very kind and helpful person. She was so nice and cared a lot about the guest. I forgot to leave the money in the room and she was patient with me allowing me to hand in the rent after 3 days. The apartment is well equipped, has a kitchen and is located in a safe building with a security guard. Key collection was also very easy.
