Toiletries, soap and bath dispenser was bit inconvenient. Some days bath Mat (rug) was missing which could lead to a slippery floor . Just a few minor improvements that could be done

Very noisy guests in corridor during night and early morning. Hotel should remind guests to be quiet when they arrive and depart at unsociable hours.

The view, cleanliness of the room and bathroom, helpful staff. Clean swimming pool. Good variety of food at two restaurants.

Bathroom: Strong leak on the floor everytime a shower is taken, had the same problem last year so probably linked to design rather than to a room in particular Breakfast: Expensive, more than a dinner.

The highway passing by between hotel and park by is rather noisy. However, the windows offer pretty good insulation in the rooms and the noise wasn’t a real issue, more of an eyesore, and when seated outside at the restaurant it’s pretty dominant. There is a bit of a roadside barrier at the bottom / breakfast restaurant which helps a great deal with deflecting road noise.

Location was convenient for an overnight stay before heading to the Mara. Communication from the hotel in the lead-up to our arrival was very good. Everyone from reception to restaurant has been exceptionally friendly. Breakfast buffet was good. The view from our room across to Nairobi National Park was lovely - barring the new and rather noisy expressway - and yielded an unexpected lion sighting which was a bonus. The Emara hotel alongside has a nice rim flow pool (its facilities are open to residents of Ole Sereni) and bar, but was a bit crowded and noisy (blaring music), being a Saturday evening. Ole Sereni in contrast was idiotic, and dinner was very good. Wine prices are pure daylight robbery and corkage (of a fine SA wine we had with us) was offered at 5,000 shilling, which we declined. Stuck to Tusker beer!

We had stayed here previously just for one night and on our return to Kenya decided to stay for 2 nights. We had a lovely stay, very relaxing, hotel had good facilities and staff were very pleasant. We had a meal in the steak restaurant on our 2nd night which was superb!

The service in the restaurant is slow. The rooms are getting a bit old. The reception is at the first floor, making 2 stops necessary any time you need something while going in or coming out.

The room is clean. The breakfast was decent. The staff is friendly. The bar is nice. The location is great as it's close to the airport and near the national park.

Located on a very busy highway, so much traffic to get anywhere from here.

Staff were very nice. They were happy to provide early check in for me and stored my luggage for a few hours before I left. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also great.

The room aircon could have been a bit cooler, and more and a couple of machines in the gym need fixing

The Hotel wifi, blocks VPN's making it impossible to get on a network if you use a VPN.

The Hotel is well situated for business and tourists alike. It sits right next to the National Park & close to the airport. The hotel is modern, clean, has excellent facilites. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive.
