Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

UgandaOrders took so long. Staff were not always there on the help desk. The hotel is on top of a bar so some nights are so noisy. No hot water in the bathroom
First off, the rooms were at an affordable price. Most of the staff were friendly. They gave recommendations of places to visit. Not so far from the places that matter.

KenyaTHE WAITING AT THE RECEPTION WAS TOO LONG. YOU NEVER GET SOMEONE AT THE RECEPTION EVERY TIME YOU GO. IT IS A PUBLIC PARKING AND DESPITE THE PRESENCE OF A SECURITY GUARD, IT DOESN'T FEEL SAFE TO LEAVE THE CAR THERE

GermanyThe I termed connection was not working at all in my room. Once I went down, everything was fine.
We arrived the day when demonstrations were going on at the streets. Police was using tear gas and pumpguns. I saw Molotov cocktails flying. So this hotel was a safe place. We were able to watch the scenario from window. The personals were very helpful with everything we wanted to have extra. I felt safe and integrated into Kenyan lifestyle. The hotel has nice guests with children.

Canadathe kitchen staff clearing breakfast up to an hour before breakfast was scheduled over. sheff missing the tooth needs to humble himself and come out from behind the counter and help clean pick up dishes rather than watch everyone else work! the bedroom and eating areas were very small.
