Water kept running out during my shower. Limited parking slots especially whenever there are many guests, pool about small for adults, houseflies can sometimes be a menace.

Very clean. Friendly staff (consolata) :)Spacious rooms with balconies and an AC. Great place for kids to have fun. An amazing waterpark. Not so far from the beach.

It was generally OK, but we had booked half board and were still charged for meals on the final bill. We worked it out, but you need to be careful.

It was clean, compact and the food was good. The swimming pool was nice and close by, but full of children!

The room is on the small side, but has what you need, I have stayed three times and check in is always a painful experience. Even if there is only one person in front of you prepare to wait over 20mins. Ridiculous on all three occasions.

The hotel is medium sized, not really a resort hotel more like a nice Motel. I liked the basic buffet breakfast and Dinner, and the good aircon in rooms and the comfy bed and large TV. Like having a balcony

We enjoyed our stay very much, hardly anything to complain about. The conferences taking place during our stay made it a bit busy but no big deal really.

The personell was very friendly and forthcoming. Made our stay very pleasant. The pool area is nice.

The location is perfect, just next to the road. The have a swimming pool, plus even a waterpark, that stuff is soo fun and thrilling. The check in was okay, though we had to wait for a while because we came earlier than the check in time. We were welcomed with a glass of fresh fruit juice. The receptionist Consolata gave us a bit of a briefing about the hotel and she made us feel at home. Winnie, the receptionist also helped a lot with my daughter, whenever I was caught up with something she helped "babysit" her. Both Winnie and Consolata loved carrying her or even sometimes feed her🥰 My daughter had her own crib, I requested for it. They have a buffet, so you can pick from a variety of dishes what you like. The kitchen staffs were so helpful and they made some of my breakfast foods how I like it upon request. Bretta, also helped me in preparing my baby's food or even feed her one or two spoons😁 The head of the kitchen(I've kind of forgotten his name 💔)helped me organise a surprise birthday party for my husband & daughter, and all the staffs joined in singing🥳 Everyone there was so kind and nice to us, it was so relaxing 😌 I'll definitely be back

A lot of fly and it doesn’t give comfort when you’re dining. Drinking water isn’t served in the breakfast buffet and you will be charged if you use it. Juices are not fresh squeezed ones.

Compared to the one in Nairobi, the room is small.

It is clean, nice food and supportive staff. The location from the beach is not bad.

Water pressure and temperature was dreadful. Bathroom smelt very mildewy.

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Easy to get a tuktuk to where you needed to go. I got very ill on my last day and the staff were really helpful organising a taxi to the hospital and allowing us to stay an extra day.

We stayed at reception for a while as they sorted out something on booking. Com. Accommodation was confirmed, so needed to figure out something on breakfast, but we were at the entrance for a while. Would have been better to check in and rest as we waited for info on b/f next day.

Accommodation, very clean... Breakfast was good too. Service staff were great.

Your coffee mugs are too small. I mean please provide good sized mugs for tea and coffee at the breakfast table we do not have time for going up and down to get a sip of tea.

Very clean rooms and the services are excellent. The hotel isn't far from the beach and it's in a good location along the Diani main road. WiFi is available in all areas.

Just Nitpicking here Because they Do have a ramp on the ground levels, but, didn't see an elevator. Not sure how differently abled people have accessibility to the higher floors?

Ever heard the travel tip about how venues that appreciate local culture, tend to not disappoint? Well, for our anniversary trip, Their homage to Swahili culture in the architecture drove us to take a chance on them, And we were genuinely glad we did! Friendly staff make you feel at home, right from Schola at the gate, to Catherine at the front office. Didn't get their names, but housekeeping not only had the room spotless, but also made an effort to make the decor special! Thank you all! Liked that it's pretty Centrally located, since that made it easy to explore the best of both South and North Diani. At this budget, frankly you can't do better.

Minor black outs. Air-conditioning smells mouldy. On my first night music played all night, but the second they turned if off. People sometimes don't look friendly they have angry faces. No pillow cases on my bed but once asked they bought them promptly. The water park didn't work all day. Just a few minutes in the morning. Bugs in the pool. No fridge in the room, so hot in Diani can't keep your own food available.

I liked they had basics like tea, coffee, breakfast and pool and mini kids water slides. Food is good. Some friendly faces. They held our bags till later afternoon on day of check out.

Nothing, save for the sausages that tasted bad.

The facility is very clean. Pool was amazing especially for kids. Staff were amazingly kind, so ready to assist. I also liked the breakfast that had varieties.
