Faith was there to meet us. She was very kind and professional. The house was perfect! We enjoyed al fresco dining with a barbecue one night. On the other nights we ate at the various good quality restaurants nearby. We had a great stay- thank you!

The mattresses were thin is the ONLY critical thing we could say.

Just left 5 nights here today, and it was the most beautiful, amazing vacation spot we could ask for. Privacy, beautiful landscapes, house design, pool was incredible, and the staff were the absolute best. Thank you Faith, and Dario for everything. We will be back for sure. We have spent a great time at private cottage. The host Dario shared all information in advance that helped the good planning. Locally Faith created a very good experience by providing all the required support, arranging the transfer, chef and setting up all in the house. I do really recommend the house, amazing territory ( safe one) and very close to the beach.

Absolutely everything! The cottage is huge and fully equipped. You will feel at home right away! Dario the owner welcomed use with juices. During your stay, Faith will be passing by in the morning to clean the cottage, answer questions and give advices if needed ! We really appreciated the service provided as well as the privacy such a cottage allows. Also we felt very safe, 4 guards are guarding the property surroundings at night.

This was a nice beach getaway for us. Me and my mom stayed here to relax after having a safari and before going back home. The beach is a short couple minute walk nearby and you're located right next to ali barbours cave restaurant which is recommended to try! The shopping center with souvenir stores and restaurant nearby is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute ride from the villas. Our host can arrange different services for you as well which nakes things convenient. This is a nice stay right by the airport as well. Highly recommend this private area.

The cottage is amazing,spacious, clean, and quiet Faith was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, from check-in until our check-out early in the morning.... Place is close to the beach 5 minutes walk,Restaurants and bars can access some store like Carrefour with a tuk tuk,an amazing ride experience we had with Moses.... Nice place and a great team ...Dario!

We could not enjoy the outside due to the advice of not having food close to the monkeys and they are everywhere. The swimming pool is great, but deep 2meters so swimming beginners and children could have troubles there. Light is unstable. It would be good to have mosquito nets also in the window to be able to open the doors and prevent animals and insects get inside.

Security, staff kindness and disposal to support in the possible needs that you have and solve any possible issue, and, of course, the house that is beautiful and perfect.

Their is absolutely nothing not to like

The property is 5mins from the air strip and a 2 mins walk to the beach and less than a minute walk to the Ali Barbour’s cave restaurant. I love the proximity to the shopping center as well and you have access to the beach easily. Their is also security and situated in a serene quiet environment with trees and vegetation so you get the cool coastal air as you relax outdoors. Amazing place!

The house rules are not Darios - the villa is located within a set of other villas under different management. So if you are booking please be aware that music and loud noise is not allowed and no external guests (which I didn’t mind because this place is worth it). If you want to come back feeling rejuvenated, this is the place for you.

The pictures don’t do this place justice- Dario’s place is a so beautiful, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Very peaceful and quiet. Lonah the chef is brilliant and her prices are fair. Faith was also SO helpful and so so lovely. Dario is also very helpful and answered all my questions in advance. I can’t wait to come back again!

If you're looking to host parties or something, it is not the place for you. Silence is encouraged. This was a plus for my partner and I. We recommend the place for families or couples looking to have an intimate experience. We cannot wait for our return.

From the moment our booking was confirmed, we were received with kindness that knows no bounds. Dario is a nice person with a genuine interest in his clients' comfort. The house is exactly as advertised, and more. Kitu kidogo house is richly decorated with authentic Swahili furniture and all sorts of amenities. There is a wonderful swimming pool that lights up at night, a complete kitchen ( equipped to a tee, even with spices available for cooking!).The air conditioning is reliable and efficient. The WiFi is excellent. The environment is peaceful. Location is just perfect, with a private route to the beach that will only take you 5minutes, and a 10minute walk to the shopping centre. The area is safe and easily accessible. Dario and his team were responsive, respectful and helpful. They allowed us to drop off our luggage as we waited for check-in time, they even arranged for a taxi to the airstrip at a fair price! If this listing is available, I advise you to book it immediately. You will not regret it.

Everything was perfect. Faith kept in constant contact before our arrival and was there to meet us. Everyone that worked here are so so lovely. From the security guys, gardener and house keeping. We loved every minute here. Book it. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Faith for all your help, and Dario for letting us have this amazing place for 5 days.
