Food looked OK but very expensive so we didn't try it, except on the first night when we arrived late and ordered room service food. This was a bit shambolic with half the items unavailable, an incorrect bill and the mineral water left with the top on so we couldn't open it. And the food was not very nice. Surprisingly, the kitchen area in the suite had appliances but absolutely no equipment; not a single piece of cutlery nor even a bottle opener.

Very stylish modern hotel. Luxurious room with comfortable beds, good lighting, nice bathroom. Good a/c. Nice location 3 minutes walk from the Arboretum. Outdoor pool was very nice. Staff were friendly.

Great location and service. Breakfast spread was particularly good and a decent spread of options. John the Bellman/baggage porter who showed me to my room was exceptionally polite, funny and interesting to chat with.

The lack of cutleries and plates for dining was a bit disappointing. Housekeeping needs to make provisions for those who want to dine in the rooms and keep a clean kitchen environment.

The ambiance of the rooms, security, and style. It's roomy, has excellent lighting, and comfortable facilities including the kitchenette, toilet, and writing area. It's a complete apartment-style hotel room accommodation that allows for leisure and work.

The property was beautifully furnished with gorgeous decor. It was also very clean. We loved the pool and the staff were WONDERFUL! Will definitely come back on my next trip to Nairobi.

The mini-bar and the usual plates, cutleries, and cups were empty. An attempt was made to discourage cooking and room-service dining. It would have been great to provide disposable items if guests didn't maintain the usual ceramic plates and steel cutleries provided in the past.

The ambiance is great, and staying in an apartment-style accommodation is always relaxing and comfortable. Lots of space to work and play. The media center in both rooms gives space for sharing and information exchanges.

This is a lovely hotel with exceptional staff who are friendly and promptly accommodate all requests. The room was very spacious and clean. The food was great with a good variety on the menus, the breakfast was particularly good. I would highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers.

There was an obvious problem with card machines. My metal amex didn't work at the reception, then my other 2 cards didn't work at the bar. I confirmed with my banks it's the merchant's issue. Very annoying. I'm also not very keen on placing the pool next to the restaurant.

The balcony slide door is difficult to open.

The room is spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly. Nice food with a lot of choices. Taking a stroll in the park next to the hotel is also very relaxing.

The A/C (air conditioning) system was not working well in my room. However, I did inform the front desk and the brilliant lady called Juliet was kind enough to move me in another room where the AC worked perfectly fine. Big thanks to Juliet!

This was my 3 extension, so it should say how much I loved the hotel! The Ambience! Very helpful staff! This hotel is much more than described in their profile! Loved every bit! Compared to the other 5 star constricted hotels.

Nothing. Maybe could be a little less price

The hotel was exceptional. The buffet was amazing. There were so many option you should take the room with breakfast. The location is good there a big mall called sarit close to the mall. The pool is beautiful. The staff emanuel whose assisting with bags is a huge inspiration and he has excellent customer service. Ms faith who is at the reception also was lovely she helped us a lot.
